D’accord avec Seneca the Duck et ianmill.
Are you [guys] ready? = Êtes-vous prêts?

In casual and spoken AE, «guys» is no longer necessarily gender-specific; it simply means «you» (just like the Southern U.S. «you all /y’all) and is used by anyone:
Woman / girl /man / boy speaking to two or more people (women, men, or children): Are you guys, ready to go? = Are you all ready to go?

So Guys means all rather than everyone
I’ve just heard another sentances by a singer who said : Thank you guys
Thanks you guys = Thank you all = Merci à tous
How are you guys doing = how are you all doing = Comment çava
Are you all ready = Vous êtes (tous) prêt
And yes it used to the US but UK aswell, because all these sentances come from UK Tv or Radio
