Do in english how you that say
Do in english how you that say
How to say it in English?
«How do I say this in English?».
«How to say it in English?»,
Ес ть стандартная фраза «What is the English for for ПЕРЕМИРИЕ?»
How to say this in English?».
Why not go to the theatre? —
How to use the Infinitive in English сродни фразе How to say the time in English
What
What’s it called in English?
How to say it in English?
Can you tell me, please, how to say ПРИВЕТ in English?
Do you know how to say ПРИВЕТ in English?
Do, in, English, how, you, that, say?
Do, in, English, how, you, that, say?
How do you say that in English?
How do you say english in that?

Thank you, Neybee and Rhit. But I assume in the world people call their siblings in at least two ways. One, which might not be common in English countries, is, they say directly Brother or Sister, Second Brother, Third Brother etc. which appears in a society that stresses the importance of social status, and you are forbidden to call their names. Another one, by names, like Peter and Mary.
In this situation, how should I phrase the question if I want to know in what way people address their siblings in their country?

Even in this situation, «How do you call your siblings?» is incorrect. You would have to say,
«How do you refer to your brothers and sisters?» and, as westerners will have no idea what you mean, you would have to add, «How do you refer to your brothers and sisters when you describe them with respect to their position in your family?«
(I find that the word «sibling» is not often used in English except in professional and academic language.)

Do in english how you that say
How do you say it in English means saying that word or sentence in English. What do you say it in English is not really a common way of asking a question in English. They both mean the same thing but you use how do you say it in English.
@kuwabaraakinori
“What do you say it in English” doesn’t make sense so only use “How do you say it in English”
— this means to translate / show how it is said
For example, you can say how do you say yes in English? It does sound right or make sense if you say what do you say yes in English.
»How do you say it» and「どうやって言うの」それはこれと同じ意味ですが、「How do I say it」方が良いと思うよ。
‘‘What do you say it in English»
But you can say:
What do you mean?
How do I say it in English?
