Hi Syedjavad,
it is very easy, when you know how to express quantity in case of countable and uncountable nouns.
You should take a look at this:

Thanks so much for your warm and kind words, Antonio. It means a lot to us to hear from our viewers and understand who they are and what they need. I am very happy to hear that our lessons are helping you to improve your English, which I must say is quite good already. It is never too late to learn a language; adults have motivation, desire, and discipline on their side and can be very successful learners. In fact, learning a language is one the best ways to keep our brains healthy, along with learning to play a musical instrument! Even if we’re not learning for academic reasons, we can get a lot of pleasure and enjoyment from communicating in another language. It also opens up a whole new cultural world, which I hope you are enjoying, Antonio. You have expressed yourself very well in this comment, and written genuinely and authentically. I am sure, as a teacher, you also encourage your students with a lot of passion and compassion. Thank you very much and my best wishes to you.

I’m very happy for your response; it gives me hope and motivation to continue. Persons like you can make the difference in people’s lives. Thanks a lot dear teacher.

Hello Mr antoniozeffiro, if you like, we can improve each other using Skype: julio.ortigoza2 is mine! Bye for now!
