Hello, could anyone please tell me is the phrase given above was correct. If so then what about this phrase «How long have you been living here?»
I was really confused with both these phrases. Could anyone clear this by interpreting the diffenences, please.
And also please give me answer for this interrogative.

They both mean the same thing. Both are questions used to ask the period of time someone has spent living somewhere. For example:
A: It’s nice to meet you. I can tell you are from around here.
B: Actually, I just moved here recently.
A: Really? How long have you lived here? OR How long have you been living here?
There is no difference.

Actually, as for me I’ve this difference for these two
How long have you lived here?
I think it says he is currently not living here and other person ask how long you lived here before.
How long have you been living here?
This says he is still living here and other person asks from when you are living here.
Is this my answers correct. If not so then tell me correct phrases for these.

As has been said, these two questions have exactly the same meaning. The person is still living there and you are asking how long this has been the case.
In order to have your first meaning, you would need to say:
How long did you live here?
How long were you living here?

I understand now but in the second phrase of your’s «How long were you living here?» it seems for me as continous. I mean the ing form shows as they are still there. Could you interprert this some more about this, please.
And my second phrase
«How long have you been living here?» is that saying as still they are living. Is this correct?

«How long were you living here» is speaking of a continuous state, but not a present continuous state. It is asking about a condition which lasted for some time in the past, as is made clear by the word «were». I hope that makes sense!
Yes, you are correct that «How long have you been living here?» means they are still living. Not only are they still living (alive), but they are still living in the place you are asking about.
How long have you lived here
«How long did you live here?» is asking about the past. The person used to live there so you would be asking how long they lived there before.
«How long have you lived here?» is asking how long a person has lived there and they currently are still living there.
