Устная часть КИМ ОГЭ по английскому языку включает в себя 3 задания. C 2016 года, устная часть ОГЭ по английскому языку, как и устная часть ЕГЭ, сдаётся на компьютере. The best photo I’ve ever taken was of a flying cat. Once, I was walking along a street and saw how a pigeon was sitting on a fence and a cat was about to attack it. I got out my telephone quickly, prepared the camera and at that very moment he jumped at the bird and I managed to take his photo. He looked really funny. The bird flew away and the cat kept hunting. I guess my parents can help me to make my career choice. They have always helped me to make important decisions in my life. They are far more experienced than I am, so I can trust their advice. My favourite school subject is English. I’m good at it and I always get good marks.

We read and listen, and then we discuss the information from these texts and dialogs. Also we sometimes write letters or essays.

Do you find learning English easy or difficult? Why?

For me learning English is easy. I’m interested in the subject and it’s not a problem for me to spend a lot of time reading or using a dictionary.

What other foreign language would you like to learn and why?

I would like to learn Chinese or another Asian language. These languages are very popular now in a business sphere.

What would you recommend a person do to improve her/his English?

I would recommend to this person to see films in English with English subtitles. It helps to improve listening skills and vocabulary.

I’m going to give a talk about learning English.

I believe that it is necessary to speak English nowadays. I think so because we can travel and it’s much easier to visit any country if you know the international language. Also, it’s obvious that we can get a better job and better salary in the future.

To improve the listening skill I listen to the radio programs, songs of my favourite bands and singers and watch films in English. Also I have started reading my favourite books in original. To speak better I have found some friends who are living abroad and practice my speaking skills talking to them as often as it’s possible.

I would like to know English perfectly but also I’m interested in other languages too. As the second foreign language I would choose French/Italian. I like the way it sounds. Also, I’m sure that Asian languages will be important in the business world in the future, so I would like to be able to speak Chinese too.

As I am having my English exam now I think it is obvious that my attitude to learning English is very positive. I’m sure that it will be useful for everybody.

You are going to read the text aloud. You have 1.5 minutes to read the text silently, and then be ready to read it aloud. Remember that you will not have more than 2 minutes for reading aloud.

Today it is hard to imagine Moscow being dark at night. Yet, the central streets of the city became bright only in 1730. Before then, Muscovites had to keep candles burning in the windows for passers-by. Most people also carried individual oil lamps when they walked late. During the summer months, candles and oil lamps were not allowed because of the risk of fire. Later, gas lanterns appeared. They were rather effective but the real progress started later, with electric lamps. 448 electric lamps were fixed in the centre of Moscow a century ago. At present, Moscow has a modern system of street lights with electronic control.
