Как выбрать сериал и сделать рывок в английском?

В прошлый раз мы с вами обсуждали преимущества использования бесплатных интернет ресурсов в самостоятельном изучении языка и пришли к выводу в комментариях, что неоценимую помощь в этом оказывают сериалы на английском языке с английскими субтитрами, которые в изобилии лежат на ororo.tv

Однако, у многих возникают проблемы с выбором сериала — ведь все пересмотреть, нужна куча времени, а где ее взять?

Поэтому давайте сделаем этот пост совместным творением: я поделюсь своим опытом и расскажу о сериалах, которые реально зятянули меня с головой (и не только меня 🙂 ), а вы в комментариях напишете пару строк о том сериале, который реально впечатлил вас.

Будет совсем здорово, если вы скажете пару слов о сериале с точки зрения изучения языка — понятная ли речь, быстро говорят герои или терпимо, сложная лексика или не очень и т.д.

Учебные сериалы для новичков

Первым делом, поговорим о сериалах, которые лучше всего подходят для новичков, то есть это практически учебные видео. Язык в них адаптирован, герои говорят медленно и четко, в общем начинать заниматься хорошо именно с них, либо с мультиков еще.

Британский сериал, представляющий собой два в одном — и изучение языка, и довольно забавный сюжет.

Диалоги очень простые, на уровне Elementary — уверена, что, посмотрев пару-тройку серий, вы уже будете понимать большую часть того, что они говорят. В общем, для новичков, самое то.

Правда, если уровень повыше, или молодежные сериалы не вызывают у вас восторга, нужно будет поискать что-нибудь поинтереснее.

Как найти сериал? Идем на ororo и там в строке поиска вводим название — Extra, так вы окажетесь на странице сериала.

Мои любимые сериалы

Не так давно случайно наткнулась на этот сериал, и меня затянуло с головой)

Невероятно захватывающий американский сериал про американского миллиардера Оливера Куина, который считался погибшим во время кораблекрушения вместе со своим отцом, но оказался жив. Он прожил на острове 5 лет и за это время из плейбоя, ведущего разгульный образ жизни, он превратился в настоящего воина, искусного стрелка.

Отец Оливера перед самой смертью признается, что вел неправильную жизнь и совершил много серьезных ошибок, которые предстоит исправить сыну. Он передает сыну записную книжку, в которой указан список всех тех, кто «подвел» город и берет с него обещание — навести порядок в городе и наказать тех, кто этого заслуживает.

Начинается с того, что Оливера спасают рыбаки, и спустя 5 долгих лет он возвращается домой, в город Старлинг Сити. Однако, не все рады его внезапному спасению… Чтобы сдержать данное отцу обещание, Оливер надевают костюм лучника и с помощью лука и стрел он начинает вершить правосудие.

Действие разворачивается сразу в двух местах — в городе Старлинг Сити и на острове. Флешбэки к сценам на острове создают эффект контраста и заставляют в напряжении следить за тем, что происходит на экране.

Что касается языка, действительно несложно, герои говорят довольно четко, хоть и быстро временами. В общем, рекомендую!
Once Upon A Time (Однажды в сказке)

Еще один потрясающий сериал, который поначалу не вызвал у меня восторга, но потом было очень сложно оторваться. С трудом заставила себя остановиться на 3 сезоне 🙂

Это сериал, в котором вы встретите всех возможных сказочных героев, большинство из которых обладают какими-либо суперспособностями. В центре сериала отважная Белоснежка и принц Чарминг и их дочь Эмма. Они женятся, но на их свадьбу приходит злая королева, которая обещает разрушить все то, что им так дорого. Так и происходит — спустя какое-то время злая королева, благодаря магии, делает так, что все герои переносятся в современный американский городок Storybrook и совершенно не помнят того, кем они были в сказке, где их семья. Героям предстоит в новых условиях найти своих любимых и суметь объяснить себе, прежде всего, почему все так, а не иначе. Словом, очень захватывает сериал!

Кстати, один из главных героев в сериале Rumplestilskin (сделки любит заключать, помните?), у которого неоднозначная роль — злодей, у которого все же есть сердце 🙂 Да и злая королева оказывается любящей женщиной, которая в глубине души очень уязвима.

В сериале много магии, но все это так тонко и умело переплетено с реальностью, что зачаровывает с первых минут. В сериале несколько любовных линий, и порой трудно понять — сказка это или реальность… Невероятно красивый сериал с глубокими мыслями и выводами, которые делает зритель, наблюдая за развитием событий. Ну а посмотрев уже 2 сезона, могу вам сказать, что там так закручены события, что Санта-Барбара (для тех, кто помнит) просто отдыхает, ну или нервно курит в сторонке)))

Что особенно нравится в сериале — язык довольно простой, сложности, конечно, будут с непривычки, но есть субтитры, так что вы обязательно справитесь.

Не могу не написать о детективном сериале Castle. В сериале есть все, что нужно зрителю — искрометный юмор, закрученный сюжет, сложные порой отношения отца и дочери, любовная линия, и не одна 🙂

В центре событий в сериале популярный писатель, очаровательный миллиардер и ловелас Ричард Касл, который пишет детективы, и красавица Кейт Бекет, детектив полиции Нью-Йорка. Каждый эпизод сериала основывается на каком деле, которое раскрывает полиция Нью-Йорка.

Однажды оказывается, что преступление совершено поклонницей таланта Ричарда Касла, которая в точности повторила в жизни то преступление, которое описывает Касл. Чтобы расследовать это дело, приглашают Касла, который оказывает неоценимую помощь Бекет. Каслу невероятно нравится быть помощником Бекет, и он делает все, чтобы остаться там надолго. Словом, Касл становится бессменным помощником очаровательной Бекет. Нетрудно догадаться, что у них начинается роман, но необычный) В общем, посмотрите сами — там аж 6 сезонов!

Должна предупредить впечатлительных, в сериале показывают не очень живые тела во всей красе, правда, недолго и обычно в самом начале, так что имейте в виду — я перематываю эти невеселые моменты. Это, пожалуй, единственный недостаток сериала, который с лихвой покрывается его достоинствами.

Как изучать язык по сериалам правильно?

Чтобы изучение английского по сериалам было не только приятным, но и полезным, я рекомендую работать с субтитрами до начала просмотра — это очень эффективно.

Публичная оферта (договор с пользователем)

1. Термины и определения, используемые в настоящей Оферте

1.1. Оферта или Договор – настоящая публичная оферта, содержащая все существенные условия, по которым Пользователь может определенно принять решение о принятии/акцепте Оферты на предложенных условиях.

1.2. Юнит (Unit) – набор образовательного материала (упражнения, тексты, аудио/видео файлы, словарь, игры и т.п.), используемого Пользователем и Учителем для повышения навыков владения иностранным языком. Обычно Юнит обладает смысловой завершенностью и предназначен для освоения какого-то конкретного навыка.

1.4. Платформа (Platform) – программа для ЭВМ (программное обеспечение), принадлежащее Исполнителю, доступное на Сайте в сети Интернет. Для Пользователя Платформа является основным инструментом: для доступа к Юнитам; оплате услуг; получения информации об объеме полученных услуг; обмена сообщениями с Учителем и Администратором и использования иных функций. Для Учителя Платформа является основным инструментом: для проведения платных индивидуальных или групповых занятий по иностранному языку Пользователей, для создания и внесения правок в структуру отдельных Юнитов; для получения отчетов; для видео и аудио звонков; для обмена сообщениями и иных функций.

1.5. Урок (Lesson) – мероприятие, в рамках которого Пользователь изучает определенный Юнит. Обычно на освоение одного Юнита уходит несколько Уроков. Уроки могут быть самостоятельными, т.е. с использованием Платформы без Учителя; индивидуальными, т.е. один Пользователь и один Учитель; и групповыми.

1.6. Уровень (Level) – условное обозначение степени владения языковыми навыками, которое присваивается Пользователю Администратором по результатам устной беседы и прохождения последним письменного теста – Placement Test. Обычно начинается с Beginner и заканчивается Expert.

1.7. Пользователь – любое физическое лицо, получившее доступ к Платформе через Интернет для проведения дистанционных, платных, индивидуальных или групповых занятий по иностранному языку.

1.8. Администратор – лицо, организующее коммуникацию Пользователя с Учителем.

1.9. Учитель – лицо, проводящее Урок совместно с Пользователем.

1.10. Исполнитель – юридическое лицо (ИП Криворучко Светлана Павловна, адрес: 109144, г. Москва, ул. Люблинская, д. 124, кв. 38), предлагающее любому физическому лицу (Пользователю ), использовать Платформу для самостоятельного, дистанционного, платного, индивидуального или группового обучения иностранному языку.

1.11. Функция Автоплатеж – предоставление Исполнителю возможности производить автоматическое получение денежных средств с Платежной карты Пользователя за услуги Исполнителя.

1.12. Стороны – совместное наименование Пользователя, Исполнителя в тексте настоящего Договора

2. Порядок заключения договора

2.1. Текст настоящего Договора является публичной офертой. Текст настоящего Договора опубликован на Сайте Исполнителя по адресу http://treewords.com.

2.2. Акцептом (принятием предложения заключить договор) является осуществление оплаты Пользователем услуг Исполнителя путем предоплаты в порядке, определяемом настоящей Офертой. Акцепт Пользователем настоящей Оферты означает, что он полностью согласен со всеми положениями настоящей Оферты.

2.3. С момента Акцепта Пользователем настоящий Договор считается заключенным. По ходу исполнения настоящего Договора Пользователю приходят информационные письма на электронную почту, указанную Пользователем при регистрации на Сайте.

2.4. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с момента его заключения и действует до исполнения Сторонами своих обязательств по нему, если иное не предусмотрено настоящим Договором.

3. Предмет Договора/Оферты

3.1. Предметом настоящего Договора является оказание Исполнителем услуги по дистанционному, платному, индивидуальному или групповому обучению Пользователя иностранному языку через Интернет с использованием Платформы или иных программных продуктов, использование которых допускается на условиях настоящего Договора

3.2. Исполнитель предоставляет Пользователю право на функциональное использование Платформы и Сайта в пределах функциональных возможностей Платформы и Сайта, которые позволяют организовать проведение дистанционных, платных, индивидуальных или групповых занятий по иностранному языку.

4. Порядок действия настоящей Оферты

4.1. Исполнитель приступает к исполнению своих обязанностей по настоящей Оферте только после выполнения Пользователем своих обязанностей по оплате услуг в соответствии с положениями настоящей Оферты.

4.2. Исполнитель самостоятельно оказывает услуги Пользователю, но может привлекать третьих лиц как физических, так и юридических, для оказания услуг в рамках настоящей Оферты.

4.3. Перед оказанием услуг Исполнителем, Пользователь должен внести полную предоплату за выбранное количество Уроков или оплатить минимум 5 (пять) следующих по расписанию неоплаченных Уроков.

4.4. Оказание услуг осуществляется посредством сети Интернет, с использованием Платформы, а также может использоваться программное обеспечение сторонних разработчиков, если оно отвечает необходимым техническим требованиям.

4.5. Урок считается проведенным надлежащим образом (Успешно-проведенный урок), если от Пользователя не поступило претензий в течение 24 (двадцати четырех) часов с момента проведения Урока, через Платформу.

4.6. Настоящий Договор является рамочным, то есть определяет общие условия обязательственных взаимоотношений Сторон, которые могут быть конкретизированы и уточнены Сторонами путем заключения отдельных договоров или иным образом на основании либо во исполнение настоящего Договора.

4.7. Исполнитель не является образовательной организацией, не предоставляет учебный план, помещение для проведения экзаменов или аналогичных тестирований в иной форме для получения сертификатов и прочих документов установленного законом образца о завершении учебных курсов или о получении какой-либо квалификации.

5.1. Исполнитель предоставляет Пользователю право на функциональное использование Платформы и Сайта в пределах функциональных возможностей Платформы и Сайта – безвозмездно.

5.2. Исполнитель осуществляет прием платежей (осуществляемых в безналичном порядке) от Пользователя для оплаты услуг.

5.3. Стоимость услуг за один Урок длительностью:

категории “NON-NATIVE” составляет 599 (пятьсот девяносто девять) рублей,

категории “NATIVE” составляет 1099 (одна тысяча девяносто девять) рублей;

категории “NON-NATIVE” составляет 813 (восемьсот тринадцать) рублей,

категории “NATIVE” составляет 1431 (одна тысяча четыреста тридцать один) рубль;

категории “NON-NATIVE” составляет 1084 (одна тысяча восемьдесят четыре) рубля,

категории “NATIVE” составляет 1908 (одна тысяча девятьсот восемь) рублей;

категории “NON-NATIVE” составляет 1626 (одна тысяча шестьсот двадцать шесть) рублей,

категории “NATIVE” составляет 2862 (две тысячи восемьсот шестьдесят два) рубля;

Уроки могут быть также куплены пакетом, состоящим из нескольких уроков. Как правило, в таком случае предоставляется скидка и действуют особенные правила переноса/отмены Уроков и возврата средств.

Категория Урока NON-NATIVE или NATIVE определяется квалификацией Учителя. Учитель, который относится к категории NATIVE, более квалифицированный, поэтому стоимость Урока, который проводит такой Учитель, дороже.

5.4. Стороны договорились, что Исполнитель вправе в одностороннем порядке изменять стоимость Уроков, путем размещения новой стоимости на Сайте и внесения изменений в настоящую Оферту, при этом стоимость уже оплаченных Пользователем Уроков изменению не подлежит.

5.5. Если у Пользователя остается один оплаченный Урок, Пользователь обязан оплатить следующие Уроки до момента окончания последнего оплаченного Урока. В случае неисполнения Пользователем настоящей обязанности Исполнитель вправе аннулировать график Уроков Пользователя и ставить на ранее зарезервированное за Пользователя время Уроки с другими лицами.

5.6. Исполнитель может размещать на Сайте специальные предложения, акции, условия заключения самостоятельных договоров с партнерами Исполнителя, на оказание услуг по дистанционному, платному, индивидуальному или групповому обучению иностранному языку через сеть Интернет с использованием Платформы.

5.7. Моментом оплаты считается поступление денежных средств на счет Исполнителя, что подтверждается соответствующим уведомлением на электронный адрес Пользователя. Пользователь может проверять и контролировать свои оплаты и баланс счета в Платформе. Пользователь самостоятельно несет ответственность за правильность производимых им платежей, а также самостоятельно оплачивает все услуги организаций связи, необходимые для взаимодействия с Учителем/Учителями.

5.8. Пользователь должен сохранять копию документа, подтверждающего осуществление платежей на условиях настоящего Договора.

5.9. Пользователь имеет право оплачивать услуги путем использования функции Автоплатеж.

5.10. По согласию Пользователя, данному в Личном Кабинете путем проставления символа напротив строчки «Автоплатеж» (подключение функции Автоплатеж), оплата по настоящему Договору производится автоматически в порядке заранее данного акцепта Пользователя на весь период действия настоящего Договора или до отзыва данного акцепта Пользователем.

5.11. При подключении функции Автоплатеж списание денежных средств будет производится с Платежной карты Пользователя, с которой Пользователь ранее совершал оплату по настоящему Договору. Для смены Платежной карты Пользователя, необходимо совершить платеж с использованием другой Платежной карты.

5.12. В случае использования функции Автоплатеж, Пользователь поручает Исполнителю списывать без дополнительных распоряжений (акцепта) Пользователя на основании платежных требований Исполнителя с Платежной карты Пользователя денежные средства в размере любого неисполненного обязательства Пользователя в рамках настоящей Оферты.

5.13. Размер безакцептного платежа равен ранее совершенному Пользователем платежу.

5.14. Оплата с Платежной карты Пользователя, при использовании функции Автоплатеж, осуществляется за 48 часов до начала неоплаченного Урока.

5.15. Пользователь на дату исполнения денежного обязательства, предусмотренного настоящей Офертой, обязуется обеспечить наличие на расчетном счете остатка денежных средств в сумме не менее размера такого денежного обязательства.

5.16. Пользователь в любое время может отказаться от использования функции Автоплатеж, путем удаления символа напротив строчки «Автоплатеж» в Платформе (отключение функции Автоплатеж).

5.17. Исполнитель вправе прекратить действие функции Автоплатеж в любое время в одностороннем внесудебном порядке с предварительным уведомлением Плательщика через Платформу.

6. Перенос Уроков

6.1. Перенос Уроков Пользователем может быть осуществлен не позднее 24 (двадцати четырех) часов до начала Урока. Несоблюдение указанного срока приравнивается к неявке Пользователя на Урок. Количество возможных переносов Уроков зависит от интенсивности графика Уроков Пользователя, установленного Администратором.

6.2. Как общее правило Пользователь имеет право на:

6.2.1. перенос 1 (одного) Урока в месяц при графике Уроков 1 (один) Урок в неделю;

6.2.2. перенос 2 (двух) Уроков в месяц при графике 2 (два) Урока или 3 (три) Урока в неделю;

6.2.3. перенос 3 (трех) Уроков в месяц при графике 4 (четыре) Урока и более Уроков в неделю.

6.3. Учитель имеет право переносить Уроки (в случае болезни и по другим уважительным причинам), предупредив об этом Пользователя не позднее, чем за 24 (двадцать четыре) часа до момента начала Урока. Если Пользователь полагает, что Учитель слишком часто переносит Уроки, что препятствует эффективности оказания услуг Учителем Пользователю, то Пользователь имеет право обратиться к Администратору с мотивированным требованием о смене Учителя в письменном виде.

7. Неявка на Урок

7.1. Если в установленное время Пользователь не зашел в Платформу для связи со своим Учителем и начала Урока, Учитель в течение всего времени запланированного Урока производит попытки связаться с Пользователем через систему обмена сообщениями, доступную в Платформе, а также незамедлительно сообщает Администратору о возникшей ситуации. Администратор также предпринимает попытки связаться с Пользователем через систему обмена сообщениями, доступную в Платформе, а также по мобильному телефону, в случае, если Пользователь указал его при регистрации на Сайте. При этом временем начала Урока считается время, установленное в Платформе. Если в результате вышеназванных процедур связаться с Пользователем не удалось, то Урок считается проведенным и оплачивается в размере 100% (сто процентов).

7.2. Если в установленное время начала Уроков плюс 5 (пять) минут Пользователь не может зайти в Платформу и начать Урок, он обязан немедленно связаться с Администратором, используя в обязательном порядке без исключения все имеющиеся средства связи, а именно:

7.2.1. телефон, skype и электронную почту, указанные в разделе Сайта «Контакты»

7.2.2. систему обмена сообщениями, доступную в Платформе.

7.3. Уроки, которые не состоялись по вине Учителя, переносятся в полном объеме на другое время, выбранное Пользователем.

7.4. Ни Исполнитель, ни Учитель не отвечают за неоказание услуги в связи с отсутствием у Пользователя необходимого программного обеспечения, технических проблем с подключением и качеству связи Интернета или иных аналогичных проблем.

8. Приостановка Уроков. Отказ от продолжения Уроков

8.1. Пользователь может приостановить оказание Услуг с сохранением расписания Уроков (Приостановка или Перерыв) при соблюдении следующих условий:

8.1.1. продолжительность перерыва в Уроках не превышает 14 (четырнадцать) календарных дней включительно;

8.1.2. приостановление Уроков возможно, если с момента окончания предыдущей приостановки прошло не менее 90 (девяноста) календарных дней;

8.1.3. на момент начала перерыва в Уроках (день последнего Урока перед перерывом) у Пользователя должно быть полностью оплачено как минимум 5 (пять) Уроков.

8.2. Чтобы воспользоваться своим правом в соответствии с пунктом 8.1 Пользователь должен сообщить Администратору и Учителю о своих намерениях не позднее чем за 5 (пять) рабочих дней до предполагаемой Приостановки/Перерыва в Уроках.

8.3. Если Пользователь нарушает вышеназванные условия Приостановки Уроков, Учитель сохраняет за собой право сохранить расписание Уроков Пользователя после индивидуального обсуждения.

8.4. В случае если потребуется повторно приостановить Уроки, но с момента окончания предыдущей приостановки Уроков ещё не прошло 90 (девяносто) календарных дней (пункт 8.1.2 настоящей Оферты), Пользователь может приостановить Уроки, предупредив Учителя и Администратора за 24 (двадцать четыре) часа до начала следующего Урока, при этом расписание Уроков за Пользователем не сохраняется.

8.5. Учитель и/или Пользователь вправе приостановить оказание услуг по собственной инициативе в дни новогодних, рождественских и майских праздников, предварительно предупредив об этом другую сторону: Пользователя или Учителя не позднее, чем за 5 (пять) рабочих дней.

8.6. Учитель Пользователя может быть заменен при наличии для этого уважительных причин (временная нетрудоспособность Учителя, другие обстоятельства), предварительно сообщив об этом Пользователю через систему обмена сообщениями Личного Кабинет или по электронной почте. В случае если Пользователь не согласен заниматься с другим Учителем, Пользователь вправе приостановить оказание услуг.

9. Порядок отправки сообщений

9.1. Основной способ связи между Пользователем, Учителем и Администратором – система отправки сообщений в Платформе.

9.2. Пользователь также может отправлять обращения по контактным данным, указанным в нижнем разделе Сайта.

9.3. Все обращения Пользователей обрабатываются не позднее двух рабочих дней с момента поступления обращения в соответствии с настоящим Договором.

9.4. Для того чтобы сообщить об увеличении количества Уроков, изменении продолжительности Уроков, смене Учителя, о приостановлении Уроков или любом другом изменении Пользователь должен обращаться к Администратору в соответствии с настоящим Разделом.

10. Персональные данные

10.1. Осуществляя регистрацию на Сайте или записываясь на пробный Урок, Пользователь дает согласие на передачу персональных данных согласно политике конфиденциальности, размещенной по адресу: https://152фз.рф/get_prv/f082b47d0b455d5bef99e30cdd88aad7

11. Возврат/отмена оплаченных Уроков

11.1. Пользователь имеет право в любой момент прекратить проведение Уроков, уведомив Учителя и Администратора по электронной почте, указанной на Сайте, не позднее, чем за 24 (двадцать четыре) рабочих часа до начала следующего запланированного Урока и при отсутствии задолженности или любых иных видов финансовых обязательств Пользователя перед Учителем и/или Исполнителем.

11.2. После получения сообщения в соответствии с пунктом 11.1 настоящего Договора Администратор должен подтвердить Пользователю остановку проведения Уроков по электронной почте, указанной на Сайте, не позднее, чем за 1 (один) час до начала следующего запланированного Урока. Администратор также сообщает точную сумму за оплаченные и неиспользованные Уроки, которая подлежит возврату Пользователю. Возврат должен быть осуществлен не позднее 15 (пятнадцати) банковских дней после принятия Пользователем решения о прекращении Программы на условиях настоящего Договора.

11.3. Если с момента отправки Пользователем сообщения о прекращении Программы до следующего запланированного Урока остается менее 24 (двадцати четырех) часов, то этот ближайший Урок считается оплаченным и подлежащим прохождению для Учителя и Пользователя.

11.4. Если Администратор не выполняет свои обязательства в соответствии с пунктом 11.2 настоящего Договора, то Пользователь должен продублировать свое обращение по контактным данным, указанным в разделе Сайта «Контакты», при этом Пользователь не обязан продолжать проведение Уроков.

11.5. Сумма возврата денежных средств Пользователя за неиспользованные Уроки согласно данному параграфу расчитывается без учета скидки, полученной Пользователем. Таким образом неиспользованные Уроки, на которые распространялась скидка в размере 100% от их фактической стоимости, указанной в параграфе «Оплата», полученные Пользователем, не подлежат возврату. Также для совершения операции возврата Исполнитель вправе удержать с Пользователя комиссию в размере 10% (десяти процентов) от суммарной стоимости всех оплаченных Уроков, подлежащих возврату, но не менее 500 рублей за одну операцию возврата для компенсации фактически понесенных Исполнителем расходов.

11.7. Возврат/отмена оплаченных Уроков не может быть произведена Исполнителем для Уроков, которые считаются проведенными надлежащим образом согласно пунктам 4.5.

11.8. Согласно пункту 5.3 данного соглашения Уроки, входящие в состав пакета (т.е. купленные со скидкой), не могут быть отменены или перенесены далее чем на 30 календарных дней вперед с даты и времени начала первого Урока, входящего в оплаченный пакет, при этом сумма возврата за неиспользованные Уроки рассчитывается без учета скидки, предусмотренной соответствующим пакетом.

12. Обязательства по уведомлению

12.1. Исполнитель обязуется оформлять все поступающие заказы, а также заявки и запросы на заказы в течение 24 (двадцати четырех) часов с момента поступления такого заказа. В качестве подтверждения принятия такого заказа к исполнению Исполнитель должен отправить электронное сообщение лицу, желающему оформить заказ по электронному адресу, который был указан таким лицом при регистрации на Сайте.

12.2. Исполнитель обязуется в течение 24 (двадцати четырех) часов с момента поступления такого заказа уведомить лицо, желающее оформить заказ о невозможности выполнить такой заказ с мотивированным объяснением причин. Подобное уведомление должно быть отправлено любым доступным способом.

13. Прочие условия

13.1. Настоящий Договор регулируется и подлежит истолкованию и исполнению в соответствии с законами и иными нормативными актами юрисдикции, в которой находится Исполнитель. Каждая Сторона обязана исполнять свои вытекающие из настоящего Договора обязательства добросовестно и с должной тщательностью. Любые возникающие из настоящего Договора споры решаются путем переговоров в претензионном порядке. В случае недостижения соглашения путем переговоров в течение месяца, спор подлежит разрешению в суде юрисдикции, в которой находится Исполнитель.

13.3. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу со дня акцепта Оферты Пользователем и действует до момента полного исполнения обязательств обеими Сторонами. Договор может быть расторгнут в одностороннем порядке любой из Сторон. Расторжение настоящего Договора в одностороннем порядке Пользователем осуществляется по правилам установленным настоящим Договором.

13.4. За невыполнение или ненадлежащее выполнение обязательств по настоящему Договору Стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с условиями настоящего Договора и действующим законодательством юрисдикции, в которой находится Исполнитель.

13.5. Стороны не несут ответственности за полное или частичное невыполнение ими своих обязательств по настоящему Договору, если такое невыполнение явилось следствием обстоятельств непреодолимой силы (форс-мажор), а именно: наводнения, других стихийных бедствий, военных действий, постановлений и решений органов государственной власти или других событий.

While technological advancements revolutionized the device, the phenomenal success of television wouldn’t have been possible were it not for the sheer entertainment it provides to viewers of all ages. Drama

This type of TV show refers to the portrayal of fictional or semi-fictional stories that are set in a particular place and follow a general theme.

Political drama

Musical Drama

Docudrama

A portmanteau of ‘documentary’ and ‘drama,’ docudrama refers to a type of television program in which an event is acted or reenacted by professionals hired for the job. It is different from a documentary in the sense that the latter uses pictures and videos recorded in real time as well as interviews with the actual people involved in a real-life event. These are then compiled into a factual report aimed at raising awareness or for increasing the general knowledge of the viewers. On the other hand, docudrama features trained actors in a life-like setting that has been dramatized a bit to spice things up. It does adhere to historical facts but makes up for the gaps or lack of information in some areas by the dramatic retelling.

Sitcom

Short for ‘situation comedy,’ sitcom is a TV show genre that is always high in demand because of its humor and hilarity. What defines this popular type of TV show is affixed set of characters that are featured in every episode. The show is set in the regular world and focuses on the lives and everyday routines of the characters. Laughter and giggles erupt from the way these characters interact with each other as they go about doing their daily chores.

Situation comedies are often recorded in front of a live studio audience but this is dependent on the production format of the program. Laugh tracks are usually added later on during final editing to imitate or enhance the effect of live studio viewers. Sitcoms must not be confused with comedy-drama because a comedy-drama is any story that has a happy outcome or a touch of humor here and there. A sitcom, on the other hand, is centered on real-life situations that have a funny outcome.

Despite countless reruns, you are unlikely to watch any sitcom repeatedly other than Friends, but if you ever need a ‘break’ like Ross did, we suggest these ones: The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Two and a Half Men, The Millers and 2 Broke Girls.

Reality TV

This type of TV shows involves ordinary people who are continuously filmed as they go about living their usual life or on a special set with a group of others functioning as the same. It is meant solely for entertainments purposes and not for any superior knowledge or informative uses.

In other words, the camera documents supposedly ‘unscripted’ real-life situations. Reality TV gained popularity in the late ‘90s and further exploded into the early 2000s with the world-wide of shows such as Survivor, Idols and the more famous (or rather infamous depending on your preference), Big Brother.

If may also include segments of an interview conducted with the participants later on in which they express their views, voice their thoughts or provide explanations and justifications for their actions. This automatically serves as the shows’ narration.

Game show

Game shows are a type of TV genre in which contestants play a game in order to win prizes. Depending on the type of game, people may participate individually or as a team. The games include answering questions, solving puzzles or various other activities that lead to rewards such as checks, gift hampers, monetary prizes, trips and travel tickets and several other goods and services provided by the show’s sponsors.

Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Price is Right, Deal or No Deal are just a few examples of the most hit game shows of all time. Some might be theme-oriented for example The Singing Bee and Beat Shazam revolve around music-themed games.

Soap Opera

Everybody loves soap operas, but have you ever wondered where did the term originate from?

Interestingly, soap opera gained its name from the fact that the initial radio dramas were sponsored by actual soap manufacturers. The Archers broadcasted on BBC’s radio platform in 1950 holds the record for the world’s most elaborate radio soap opera.

So no — this isn’t like buying a toaster oven — you’re going to want to get this right, and that’s what our 2018 TV Buying Guide is all about. After all, before you spend thousands of hours watching it, you’ll want to spend a few choosing it.

In the end, we won’t know which TV is best for you. But you will, and that’s the whole idea.

Step 1. Choose your price range.

The more you spend, the better the features.

TV prices have come way WAY down in the last 3-5 years, and right now, less than a grand will buy you a gorgeous, top-of-the-line, 42-inch, 4K smart TV loaded with almost every bell and whistle possible. Spend more, and you can bring home the same thing, but at 65 or 75-inches… and with every feature under the sun. (We’ll discuss features as we go.)

More money also buys you deeper blacks, better contrast, and a broader, richer color spectrum. (Deeper blacks are huge. You want deeper blacks.) And most of all, more money will also get you a bigger screen, so let’s start there.

Step 2: Choose your TV size.

Bigger is better. Way better.

Once upon a time, the family sofa determined how big or small the TV should be. (As in: the further away the sofa, the bigger the TV.) But today’s TVs are rewriting all the rules, so that’s over.

For example, when turned off, Samsung’s Frame TV is indistinguishable from actual framed artwork. When on, it’s an awesome, full-featured 4K TV. And LG’s Gallery TV is credit card-thin, hangs flush to the wall, and looks like something out of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The newest TV mounting options let you put your TV flush to the wall (like a sticker) or over the fireplace with the latest fireplace friendly mounts that are really clever. The end-effect: the TV takes up less space, seems smaller, and is less intrusive. So if you’re mounting your TV, go bigger. (Plus, a wall mount means you don’t have to buy some giant piece of furniture to put the TV on.)

Curved or flat? A curved TV won’t have a better picture than a flat TV, and in our opinion, curved TVs are a passing fad. We vote no.

We can’t say this too many times and it’s the single biggest regret we hear from new TV buyers: “I went too small.” If you can do 55 inches, chances are good that 65 inches will still work aesthetically — and you’ll be much happier in the end.

Step 3. Choose OLED or LED.

Both are awesome, but one is better.

Let’s make this easy: though OLED is more expensive, it’s by far the best picture technology. Period. End of story. To be clear: though OLED wins the picture contest, a good 4K LED TV still offers a spectacular viewing experience — and the good ones come with the same smart TV features found in OLED TVs. Add to that, 4K LED TVs cost less than OLED TVs – possibly freeing up money for that killer sound bar or awesome surround sound system you’re going to want.

So you’re now free to skip over the rest of this section, unless you want more detail and a little TV history.

First came plasma. (By the way, no one makes plasma TVs anymore.) Then came LCD (short for liquid crystal display), which was awesome but had severe shortcomings. Then LCD technology improved and we got LCD/LED TVs, or just LED for short. (These days, most TVs are LED TVs.) Then came OLED TVs (which stands for organic light emitting diode). Last, there’s also something called QLED, but that’s just Samsung’s name for their particular line of high end LED TVs.

Bottom line: you will be choosing a TV with either LED or OLED panel technology — and that’s all you have to know.

So what are the specific differences between LED and OLED? Here’s how they stack up against each other:

Price

LED TVs are less expensive than OLED TVs, though OLED prices are coming down.

Picture

LED TVs are backlit, which means a light shines through a panel of crystals to create the picture. OLED TVs are not backlit. Instead, every single pixel in an OLED 4K TV (and we’re talking 8,847,360 pixels in all) turns on and off and adjusts on its own. The result = picture that is far superior and more lifelike.

Brightness

LEDs and OLEDs both work well in all lighting conditions. LEDs are especially good in well-lit spaces and can be made even brighter for sunny Florida rooms. OLED is spectacular in dimmer rooms.

Contrast

Given LED TVs cannot go completely dark, shadow detail suffers. With OLED, colors pop, black is true black (which is huge), and contrast and shadow detail are true to life.

Black Levels

The deeper the blacks, the better the contrast. And the better the contrast, the better the picture. Add to that: it’s not just the depth of the blacks, it’s the details in the blacks that make a great picture. Bottom line: No contest here, OLED nails blacks.

TV Depth

Both LED and OLED TVs are thin, but OLED is thinner. Some LED TVs are 1/4 inch thin, but some OLED TVs are as thin as a couple of credit cards. Caveat: Some TVs have a “bump” on the back that prohibits a tight fit, but a professional installation can bury the bump in the wall for a perfectly flush-to-the-wall look.

Viewing Angles

Lower-end LED TVs often have viewing angle issues — you have to sit directly in front of the TV to see the best picture. If you’re off to the side, the picture fades. (Important: Make sure your TV will look good from various angles in your particular room!) This is not an issue with OLED technology — every viewing angle is optimum.

Fast Action

Both LED and OLED TVs occasionally struggle with fast action content, like a football game — it’s one of the most difficult things for a TV to do. A better TV generally is great out of the box with factory settings, but they do come with menu settings that improve fast action — though sometimes at the expense of the picture. (Your call to turn it on or leave it off.)

If you do decide to go with an LED TV, note that higher-end LED TVs way outperform lower-end LED TVs. Take LG vs. Vizio, for example. The LG will have better blacks, better contrast, more vibrant color, and wider viewing angles.

3D TVs: No one makes them anymore. It was a fad. (Truth be told, it seems people just didn’t want to wear 3D glasses all day.) But if you really have your heart set on 3D, get a 4K 3D projector — not a flatscreen TV.

Step 4. Choose your TV resolution.

Go with 4K. Boom, done. (Hint: more pixels wins. And 4K has 6 million more pixels than regular HD.)

Let’s get this out of the way first: 4K and Ultra HD are the same thing. (Why the two names,? Who knows, we missed that meeting.) Both refer to screen resolution, and the number of pixels on the screen. The more pixels, the better, sharper, and more lifelike the picture.

Quick history: Back in the old days, TV resolution was awful, but it was all we had. Then HDTV came along, and TVs went from 307,200 pixels to 1 million pixels (720P), then to over 2 million pixels (1080P) — and suddenly TV was perfect. Then 5 years ago, 4K arrived and we went from over 2 million pixels to over 8 million pixels, and we all found out what perfect really looks like. (Yes, 8K made an appearance at CES this year, but let’s not go there just yet.)

4K is quite literally four times better than old HD standards, and four times better isn’t a subtle improvement – it’s a holy mackerel, smack-in-the-face improvement, especially if it’s a good 4K TV. And though there’s not a ton of 4K content available yet (most is still on Blu-ray), content providers of all sorts are preparing to release almost everything in 4K… and your new 4K TV will be equipped to handle this exciting future. But wait, there’s more:

Your new 4K TV makes even regular old HD content better, thanks to new upscaling technologies that beautifully (and instantly) transpose 1080P to 4K by adding pixel density in the process.

With old HD, you saw only a fraction of the digital data that’s actually there. But with your new 4K TV, you get it all, and the result, even if you’re just browsing the net or looking at your own digital photos or home movies = a dramatically better experience.

Blu-ray movies in 4K? Also mind-blowing. Until someone figures out a way to improve the human eye, we’re not sure it gets any better than a premium 4K Blu-ray movie on a good 4K TV.

Gaming in 4K? That’s coming soon too, and suffice it to say a lot of us are going to be chronically late for work.

That said, there are still reasons you may want to get a regular old 1080p TV :

HDTVs are cheap these days. And they’re just fine for a kitchen, spare bedroom, etc.

HD resolution (1080p) on a smaller screen ( 32 inches or less ) is still a fantastic picture.

Make sure it’s HDR compatible.

What is 4K HDR? HDR = High Dynamic Range, and HDR does for TVs what whipped cream does for hot chocolate: makes it better. It’s just way better than not having it, but you will have to pay for it. If you can, don’t miss out.

Quick note: Though we all have an HDR feature on our smart phone cameras, or what some call the “soap opera” effect, it’s not the same thing. (In spite of the same name.) HDR on a phone allows the camera to take multiple exposures at the same time, and then combines them for higher contrast. (The results are often unnatural.) HDR on your TV generates higher contrast within the existing pixels, expanding contrast and color so the end result is more natural, accurate, and has more depth.

With HDR, color on a TV remains true to form. Without HDR, a TV can’t reproduce certain colors in a true-to-life way. Really, what HDR does for a TV is so amazingly spectacular, it’s worth a deeper dive.

Up till now, certain colors weren’t possible on TV. Prince’s purple guitar, Mountain Dew green, even a true strawberry red – without HDR, the best a TV can do is approximate and substitute with less-than-true-life results. But HDR fixes that by greatly expanding the two most important factors for a great picture: color and contrast ratios. And the difference isn’t subtle, it’s remarkable.

Art directors and cinematographers love HDR’s accuracy, and how it puts on TV the real life colors they put on set. And once you see HDR do its thing on your TV, you’ll have your own “oh, NOW I get it” moment.

Standard Dynamic Range Content

More and more streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, iTunes, HBO GO) and devices (4K/Ultra HD Blu-Ray players, Apple TV, Xbox, Roku, etc.) now offer 4K/HDR content, and to take advantage, you’re going to need a 4K/HDR capable TV.

The takeaway: 4K + HDR is huge. An episode of Game of Thrones, Peaky Blinders, Blue Planet or The Walking Dead on a 4K HDR TV is nothing short of magnificent, and may spoil you for anything less.

So if you’re going for 4K, go for HDR capability, too (like these). That way, you’re future-proofed for a few years. (At least.)

If you don’t currently watch 4K content, a 4K TV will still be a huge improvement. Through a process called up-converting, a 4K TV will take 1080p content and turn it into 4K. While this isn’t as visually stunning as true 4K, it’s still a major upgrade. Not to mention, you’ll be prepared for when you do end up watching more 4K movies and TV shows.

Step 5. What not to worry about.

Two TV specs that may no longer apply.

If you get a good, quality TV, you’re already covered on the below. High refresh rates and excellent contrast ratios come standard in better TVs these days, but for the record:

Refresh rates: The faster or higher the rate, the smoother the picture — which means it’s great for sports, games, and movies. (Note: we only carry models with superior refresh rates — fast enough for any gamer, movie-lover, or sports fanatic — so don’t get stuck on this at all.)

Contrast Ratios: Every brand rates these differently (there are no standards) and some don’t even mention contrast ratios. It’s a worthless spec when comparing TVs, and you can ignore this one, too.

Step 6. Get smart, get streaming.

Smart TVs are pretty much standard these days, and this is a good thing. (If you’re not streaming content now, you will soon. The world is going this way.) A Smart TV lets you:

Cut the cord… and enjoy wireless freedom and control. Smart TVs make it possible to cut the cord and get rid of your cable or satellite service, thanks to the native apps they come with: streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video.

View pretty much any content on your TV, including all the home videos, photos, and music on your phone or computer.

Streaming from services like Netflix or Hulu? We recommend hard-wiring your TV to your network (ex: router or other network device) via Ethernet cable, rather than simply using Wi-Fi, to avoid connectivity issues and interruptions. It’s worth the trouble. Otherwise, make sure you upgrade your router to get the fastest connection possible to ensure the best picture quality, and sign up for the fastest-possible speed your Internet provider offers.

If you don’t get a Smart TV, you can still stream via devices like Xbox, Roku, Blu-ray player, and Apple TV with a direct connection.

Step 7. Get connected, stay connected.

The right TV cables and ports really do make a difference.

The thicker-than-typical TV cables you need to hook things together (cable box to TV for example) are called HDMI cables, and HDMI cables plug into HDMI ports. Why this is important:
