Maybe the server is down. Plus illusion’s card server hosts only cards made in vanilla game, without any mods.

And kenzato’s download button (on the main list page) can fail you if the card is high-res, as it’ll still download the thumbnail in this case. So open the card you wish in the new tab first anyway (in this case download button will work fine).
