Установка игр на PS3 с флешки

Мы пропустим тему установки кастомной прошивки или ODE на консоль, так как этот процесс необходимо рассматривать отдельно от поставленного вопроса по части игр. При этом для последующих действий это является обязательным условием, без которого данная инструкция не несет смысла.

Шаг 1: Подготовка съемного носителя

Первым делом необходимо выбрать и правильно отформатировать Flash-накопитель, который планируется использовать для установки игр на PlayStation 3. Для этих целей подойдет практически любой съемный диск, будь то USB-флешка или карта памяти формата microSD.

Единственное значимое отличие накопителей заключается в скорости передачи данных. По этой причине флешка с USB-интерфейсом больше подходит для этой задачи. К тому же не все компьютеры оснащены картридером для подключения microSD.

Объем памяти на диске должен соответствовать вашим потребностям. Это может быть, как флешка на 8 ГБ, так и внешний USB жесткий диск.

Перед скачиванием и добавлением игр съемный диск следует отформатировать. Для этого можно прибегнуть к стандартным средствам операционной системы Windows.

Дождитесь появления уведомления об успешном завершении процесса и можете переходить к следующему шагу.

Шаг 2: Скачивание и копирование игр

На этом этапе вам необходимо проявить внимательность, чтобы поместить рабочие файлы приложения в правильную директорию на накопителе. В противном случае консоль не сможет прочитать добавленную папку должным образом. При этом неправильная установка не является критичной, так как вы всегда можете повторно воспользоваться ПК для перемещения файлов.

Примечание: Также могут присутствовать и другие каталоги, однако упомянутые элементы являются неотъемлемой частью любой игры.

Теперь отключите подготовленную флешку от компьютера и можно переходить к работе с консолью.

Шаг 3: Запуск игр на консоли

При условии правильной подготовки накопителя и записи полностью работоспособной игры данный этап является самым простым, так как не требует от вас буквально никаких дополнительных действий. Вся процедура запуска состоит из нескольких шагов.

В этой инструкции доходчиво написано как установить игры на PS3 версии Fat или Slim с кастомной прошивкой имеющей функции Cobra.

Для современных прошивок с функциями Cobra нужно использовать ISO образы игр, которые можно запускать с внешних жестких дисков или с внутреннего, подключив PS3 к компьютеру.

Куда закачивать игры

На прошивках с функциями Cobra уже созданы папки на внутреннем жестком диске, которые имеют следующую структуру:

/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO – образы для PS2
/dev_hdd0/PS3ISO – образы для PS3
/dev_hdd0/PSPISO – образы для PS1
/dev_hdd0/PSXISO – образы для PSP

Если вы хотите играть с внешнего жесткого диска, то он должен иметь только один раздел с файловой системой NTFS.
Структура папок на внешнем жестком диске такая же как и на внутреннем, но без dev_hdd0.

После выбора нужной игры multiMAN закроется и система выйдет в основное меню (XMB). В XMB зайдите в Игра и запустите съэмулированный ISO образ игры.

Как запустить игры PS3 в виде папок (распакованный ISO образ)

На внутреннем HDD уже будет папка GAMES.
Файловая система USB жёсткого диска должна быть FAT32. Для форматирования носителей свыше 32 Гб в FAT32 можно использовать утилиту Guiformat. Создаёте на диске папку GAMEZ и туда закидываете игры.
В итоге должно получиться так: GAMEZ\название_игры_на_английском\PS3_GAME

Если игры не будут отбражаться в multiMAN, тогда переименуйте папку в GAMES.

Закачка игр по FTP

Настройка FTP соединения.

При запущенном multiMAN приставка работает как FTP сервер, что позволяет подключится к ней через FTP клиент, например, FileZilla и закачивать или удалять ISO образы с внутреннего жесткого диска, а также другие файлы.

На этом этапе нужно будет настроить PS3 в качестве FTP сервера для закачки игр с компьютера напрямую.

IP адрес 192.168.1.100
Маска подсети 255.255.255.0
Маршрутизатор по умолчанию 192.168.1.1
Основной DNS 192.168.1.1

Если вы подключаетесь через роутер, то третья секция IP адреса, маршрутизатора и DNS должна содержать 1 или 0 (см. настройку соединения через роутер).

Далее MTU выберите Автоматиччески, затем прокси-серевер Не использовать, затем UPnP Включить, далее нажмите X для применения параметров, затем нажмите O для отказа от тестирования соединения.

Пред попыткой соединяться по FTP, необходимо запустить multiMAN.

Запустив FTP клиент на компьютере, введите эти данные и выполните соединение:

Хост: IP адрес PS3
Имя пользователя и пароль оставить пустыми

Что делать, если PS3 не видит USB жесткий диск

Подключите ваш внешний жесткий диск к компьютеру с операционной системой Windows. Запустите программу, выберите ваш USB диск и нажмите кнопку Continue>>>

Затем перейдите во вкладку LOV-LEVEL FORMAT, далее поставьте галку Perform quick wipe и нажмите кнопку FORMAT THIS DEVICE

В течении нескольких секунд программа выполнит низкоуровневое форматирование и сообщит о его 100% завершении

Нажмите Пуск, далее правой кнопкой мыши кликните по Компьютер и выберите Управление

Далее в окне управления компьютером выберите Управление дисками. В появившемся окне инициализации дисков нажмите OK

Найдите в нижнем списке не распределенный диск и кликните по нему правой мышью, затем нажмите Создать простой том.

В появившемся мастери создания простых томов нажмите Далее

Затем ничего не меняя нажмите Далее

В следующем окне тоже не нужно ничего менять, поэтому жмите Далее

В последующем окне очистите поле Метка тома и нажмите Далее

Затем в финальном окне намите Готово

В течении нескольких секунд ваш диск отобразится со статусом Исправен

После этого можно закрывать окно управления компьютером и закидывать ISO образы на жесткий диск.

Как скопировать игры с USB диска на внутренний HDD консоли

Подключите жесткий диск с ISO образами в правый USB порт, который находится ближе к Blue-Ray приводу. Запустите multiMAN, зайдите в mmCM (крайний пункт слева), далее выберите и нажмите на Switch to multiMAN mode. После перезапуска multiMAN крайний пункт слева будет называться multiMAN, в нём выберите и нажмите на PFS Драйвер.

Войдите в файловый менеджер, в который можно войти и выйти зажав на геймпаде кнопку SELECT и затем однократно нажав на START, при этом не отпуская SELECT.

Войдя в файловый менеджер зайдите в PS3 Root, далее в pvd_USB000. Выберите нужный ISO образ и нажав O на геймпаде нажмите на Копирование.

Затем снова зайдите в PS3 Root, далее в dev_hdd0, а там зайдя в нужную папку и нажав O на геймпаде нажмите на Вставить.

После перезапуска multiMAN он снова активирует режим эмуляции Cobra.

Как установить игры на PS3 HEN

Для активации эксплойта HEN его нужно каждый раз запускать после выключения/перезагрузки консоли!
Обязательно, в настройках браузера выключите опцию «Подтверждать закрытие барузера»!
Чтобы экран Что нового не мешал иконке Enable HEN, отключите опцию Что нового в настройках системы.

В XMB зайдите в Игра и запустите Enable HEN. Откроется браузер и пойдёт запуск эксплойта, об успехе которого будет сообщено в правом верхнем углу экрана. Если запуск прошёл неудачно или консоль зависла, просто попробуйте запустить ещё раз. После успешного запуска HEN, консолью можно пользоваться как с кастомной прошивкой.

If you are tired of playing the whole gameplay to finish the whole game and get all the awards then just download its savedata from the internet and put it inside the ps3 system

you will need a USB in order to do this

Step 1: Downloading the Save Data From the Internet

from google search for the game that you want
ill use gta iv as an example

type in the search box:

gta iv save data for ps3 download

and pick the option that you think is best

i usually use gamefaqs.com to download the save data

Step 2: Checking the Files

after you download it make sure the files are correct

they usually come in zip files
the folder’s name should have some numbers and letters
the one i downloaded is: BLUS30127SGTA412
you should find some files in the folder

if you find all these things then the savedata is correct

Step 3: Putting the Save Data Into the USB

make a new folder named PS3 (with capital letters)

inside this folder create another new folder named SAVEDATA (with capital letters and no spaces)

put the downloaded save data inside the SAVEDATA folder (in my case its the BLUS30127SGTA412)

put the whole PS3 folder containing the SAVEDATA folder and the save data into a USB

here it is simplified:

Insert the USB into your PS3 system,

go to the SAVED DATA UTILITY folder under the GAME menu,

open your USB from here,

you should see the save data inside the USB now, copy it to the PS3’s HD

Step 5: NOTE

before you do all these steps you should know that if you put a save data from the internet you will not be able to win any more trophies in the game that you downloaded its save data

the PS3 will tell you this in a message before you copy it actually but i just thought of adding it here too.

How can I copy it to the ps3 HDD?

i done this step, but for watchdogs writed «saved data does not belong to the current user and cannot be used.»

Delete game save data and try again

I tried to do this for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F (Japanese version) but my PS3 told me I can’t use the save data of another person.

i done these steps but for Grand Theft Auto 5 and it didnt work all folders are correct but do i need to delete my game save?

iv done the same thing accept i put saved my data from my ps3 and master reset my ps3 then did all the updates and tried to restore my saved data from my memory stick and it would display it so i could copy it back? please someone help.

Ive pulled my save data from another PS3 so its my own game progress. But i tried inserting my USB into another ps3 in the house and it says there is no data? Im immigrating soon and would have to have to start over.. lol

I am not sure about these things but one of them might be the solution to some of your problems 1. make sure the file you downloaded is from the region you bought the game in it should be BLES for Europe and BLUS for the USA 2. I think some save games have encryption (again i’m not sure if these tips are going to work) there are many programs you can download that help you decrypt/encrypt the save game Hope this helped!

I tried the above but it still says No Data. The zip file contained many subfolders, and I placed all of them, unzipped, into the folder «SAVEDATA» inside the folder «PS3» on the thumb drive. I’m not sure what it is that could be wrong, unless I just don’t have the right type of game file in the mod download. Help?

When I put the USB inside the PS3 (Fat) it says No Data.

Anyone help me please

You need to have the correct folder set up. The game save data should be stored in the «SAVEDATA» folder, which itself should be stored in the «PS3» folder, otherwise the data won’t be recognized by your console.

How to play PS3 games downloaded from the Internet:

You need to have your PS3 jailbroken for this. If it’s not then refer to the article on jailbreaking on this site.

OK, you have downloaded a PS3 game from a website or torrents and you have many folders or folders named like BCES-xxxxx etc.. You don’t know how to copy these folders in your hard disk? You don’t know what to do with the folders?

I also asked myself these questions and later I found out how to play games from hard disk on ps3.

Things you will need:

1. An external Hard disk(preferably 250 or 500 GB).
2. A downloaded game(the game folder might be named BLESxxxx or BCESxxx—don’t worry)
3. A FAT32 hard disk partitioner which can be downloaded here(called guiformat.exe):

5. Multiman backup manager which can be downloaded here:

6. A USB Flash drive.

1. Download a game from the Internet.
2. The folder might be named BLESxxxx or BCESxx or something like that-don’t worry. If there are many rar files, just extract the files.
3. Plug in your external hard drive and format it using ‘guiformat.exe’.
4. Create a folder named ‘GAMEZ’ (all caps with a Z and not a S). This is the folder where you will copy your game.
5. Split the game folder that you downloaded using split4g software. Just select the game folder(named BLESxxx or BCESxxx) and also select the destination folder(probably the GAMEZ folder in your hard disk if you have it plugged in while splitting).
6. Wait for it to finish. The folder name will not be changed.* Split4G is used for files larger than 4 GB, which most of the PS3 games are larger than.
7. If you didn’t select the destination as the GAMEZ folder and split it in a folder in any drive of your pc then just copy the folder inside the GAMEZ folder in the hard disk.

8. Download Multiman on your pc and copy the file in the root of a USB Flash drive(not inside any folders).
9. Now, on your jailbroken PS3 go to the Install Package Files and select the Multiman file and wait.
10. After it has completed you will see Multiman installed on your PS3(under Games).
11. Insert your external HD into your PS3 and open Multiman.
12. In Multiman, below you will see: HDD(which is the PS3 hard disk), USB#1(it might be USB#2 or USB#3 which is your external hard disk), Game disc(which is for copying a game from a inserted bluray to the HDD or your external HD).
13. Select USB#x (your external drive) and select your game and hit X. It will load the game and it will ask— do you want to start the game without exiting to XMB?—Select No.
14. After selecting No you just have to have any bluray game inside the PS3(to fool the PS3).
15. Your game will be replaced with the one whose bluray dvd you have inserted.
16. Select your game(it will look like you have inserted the dvd of the downloaded game which you don’t really have) and enjoy!!

PKGi PS3 is a PlayStation 3 port of pkgi (PSVita).

You need to create a pkgi.txt file in /dev_hdd0/game/NP00PKGI3/USRDIR that contains the items available for installation. The text database format is user customizable. Check this section to learn how to define your own custom DB format.

You can also load additional database files:

Next time you open the app, you’ll have an additional menu option called Refresh. When you select it, the local databases will be syncronized with the defined URLs.

The application needs a text database that contains the items available for installation, and it must follow the default format definition, or have a custom format definition file.

The default database file format uses a very simple CSV format where each line means one item in the list:

All the columns are optional. Your database might have more (or less) columns, so any unrecognized column will be skipped.

Result: only the name,description,url,rap,size fields will be used.

Optimization is still pending. If direct download is slow, you can use background download mode to download files using the internal PS3 Download Manager.

You can also set the environment variable PS3LOAD=tcp:x.x.x.x to the PS3’s IP address; that will allow you to use make run and send pkgi-ps3.self directly to the PS3LoadX listener.
