Here’s where Fragments comes in.

Fragments are a new currency introduced in Update 11 (2020). Not only do you need Fragments to get new weapons, but you’ll also them to thrive in the Second Sea and perform other tasks. With this considerable need for Fragments, you’re going to need a reliable way to farm them.

Read on to learn different ways to get more Fragments in Blox Fruits.

What Are Fragments in Blox Fruits?

As we mentioned, Fragments are a currency introduced to the game in Update 11. Fragments are used for:

Some items or weapons can only be bought with Fragments. These items include the Kabucha gun, Flower Ship Boat, and the Dragon Breath fighting style. Depending on the item, you may also need some Beli, the main currency of Blox Fruits.

You need to spend over 10,000 Fragments to awaken your Blox Fruits fully, depending on the Fruit. You can get Blox Fruits from random drops or buy them from certain NPCs. By awakening them, you unlock new abilities to use in combat or exploration.

You can reset your stats by finding Plokster. He’s usually on the bridge between the Green Zone and the Kingdom of Rose. However, you have to pay him 2,500 Fragments for the reset. In addition, you must be over Level 700 and be on the Second Sea/New World to qualify for a stat reset.

In The Café, you can pay Norp 3,000 Fragments to change your race. The change happens randomly, though, and you can’t choose a specific one. You can become a Human, Skypian, Fishman, or Mink. However, you can’t change to the same race, so you have a one in three chance of getting the race you want.

Microchips are for playing in the Order Raid and have a cooldown every time you buy one. You can buy them from the Smoke Admiral for 1,000 Fragments.

This new fighting style was released in Update 13. It’s an improved version of Dark Step, but you need to spend 5,000 Fragments and fulfill other conditions before you can buy it. Phoeyu the Reformed sells this fighting style.

Sharkman Karate is the humorously named fighting style sold by Daigrock the Sharkman. It costs 5,000 Fragments, and that’s after completing several tasks before you can buy it.

Talking to the Master of Enchantment lets you purchase colors to layer over your Enhancements. Regular colors cost 1,500 Fragments, while Legendary colors have a price of 7,500 Fragments.

The Cyborg race will become yours if you pay an invisible NPC 2,500 Fragments. It’s a defensive and energy-based race. Before obtaining the Cyborg race, though, you have to beat the Law Raid.

Crews are similar to clans or guilds in other games. Any Crew can have 25 member’s maximum, and slots do no disappear if a member leaves. However, if your Crew runs out of room, you need 2,000 Fragments to buy more slots.

How to Get Fragments in Blox Fruits?

Getting Fragments when you reach the Second Sea and hit Level 1,000 should be your priority, although you can get them before then. Let’s take a look at the various ways of getting Fragments.

Blackbeard is a Boss that you summon by using a Fist of Darkness. After dealing damage equal to 10% of his health, you’ll earn 1,500 Fragments. You can only fight him once every four to six hours.

Since Blackbeard is Level 1,000, we recommend you be prepared before fighting him. Losing doesn’t reward you with any Fragments at all.

Sea Beasts are an enemy summoned by the Tide Keeper boss. Each Sea Beast you kill earns you 250 Fragments. That’s half of what it takes to awaken a Fruit’s first skill.

Grinding Raids can yield up to 1,000 Fragments if you win. Running out of time will still give Fragments, albeit a lower amount.

If you happen to defeat a YouTuber in combat, you get 250,000 Beli and 2,500 Fragments. They have to have a bounty on their heads first, though, and not all of them have this reward upon defeat.

Occasionally, events let you get more Fragments easier than usual.

If you have some Robux, you can exchange them for Fragments in the game’s shop.

The Grind Never Ends

Fragments allow you to purchase essential items or awaken your Blox Fruits. That’s why many players above Level 1,000 tend to spend most of their time in-game grinding for them. The rewards you can get with Fragments are well worth the grind.

Races

Races are a core mechanic of Blox Fruits, which lets players have slight variations and buffs from each other, depending on which Race they are. In Blox Fruits, a race is randomly generated upon the player joining for the first time, the obtainable races upon joining for the first time are:

but the player has a higher chance to spawn as a Human than other races. Some races, such as the Cyborg and Ghoul race can only be obtained by meeting certain conditions and completing certain quests or puzzles.

Obtaining Races

The player’s Race can be changed in 5 ways:

Please note that Ghoul and Cyborg cannot be obtained from the methods listed above. However, if you’ve already obtained them once, you can get them again from these methods.

Human is the most common race obtained by new players. It gains specific buffs when evolved and can unlock an ability called Last Resort which increases damage done the lower your HP.

Mink greatly enhances speed, increases dash boost, and can unlock an ability called Agility which boosts speed even further.

Fish has a passive ability which decreases and eventually eliminates damage taken from water as a fruit user and can also unlock an ability called Water Body that reduces damage taken.

Sky has extra jump boosts and can unlock an ability called Heavenly Blood which reduces damage taken, heals 20% of health and regenerate energy.

Cyborg boosts defense, and can unlock an ability called Energy Core which reduces damage, strips away observation, and causes damage to anyone caught in its field.

Ghoul has a passive life-leech ability that heals when damage is done using a fighting style, and can unlock an ability called Heightened Senses which gives several buffs.

All Races have a second and third versions (also known as v2 and v3). These versions come with different extensions to the user’s abilities, and are only obtainable in the Second Sea.

Getting V2:

The second version of a race (so-called V2) can be obtained by talking to the Alchemist in the Green Zone and doing the Flower Quest. In order to start this quest, the player must be Lv. 850 or more, and must have completed the Colosseum Quest.

If the player has all of these requirements, they can talk to Arowe (who can be found inside of a hidden entrance in the plateau that Diamond resides on), which in turn gives them a quest, depending on their race, to upgrade it to V3.

Gorilla King lvl 25 Drops N/A [Spawn time: 3 min]

The gorilla king is a Boss that can be found near the mini-isle attached to the main Jungle Island. It resembles a large gorilla, though there are noticeable differences, that being the crown it has on its head and the enhancement that covers its fists. It is very powerful if you are below level 40 grind Gorillas instead if you are below level 40 (this was for my case btw and it worked) The Gorilla King is the easiest boss, as his attacks, are rather easy to dodge as they are close range, and lack power, long range attacks are recommended as they you can stand back as easily defeat him. If you stand on any elevated ledge and hit him with a long range attack, you can kill him without any damage being done.

Bobby’s Chop fruit power gives him immunity to all Sword attacks (except fruit swords, like Ice or Light, since they scale with the Blox Fruit stat). You must use Blox Fruit, Gun, or Fighting Style attacks to beat him instead.

The Yeti is the tough level 110 boss enemy of the Frozen Village, being the highest level of the other enemies on the island (Snow Bandits, Snowmen)

It has 2 attacks, a simple punch that deals 134.4 damage, and a second attack that’s also utilized by the Gorilla King from the Jungle Island, in which it smashes the ground several times, stunning and slowly levitating players caught in its AoE range, dealing around 57.6 damage per hit.

Note: When hit with a high knockback attack, he can be stuck on the ice under the island

(Killing the Yeti with the quest will award you 180k Exp and B$10k.)

hp = 2750 atk per hit = 130.3/144.8

Mob Leader lvl 120 Drops N/A [Spawn time: 1 min]

Mob Leader is part of the Shanks Quest. You can find him on Jean-Luc Island between Magma Village and Bobby Island. He is a level 120 boss, and spawns every minute. He gives you 3000 bounty every time you defeat him. (This is the best boss for people who need help with getting a higher bounty because of his respawn time).

This boss is the 3rd most easy boss in the game so he is a easy boss for bounty/honor.

location = Marine Fortress hp = 4250 atk_per_hit = 140.1/161.7

The Vice Admiral is the Boss of Marine Fortress. He is a swordsman that uses Triple Katana and can use the compressed air slicing abilities. He is an incredibly formidable opponent for low levels.

Location

Vice Admiral is located on Marine Fortress, in the main tower building in the center.

Has around 4,250 HP, while a single hit will dish out around 140 damage.

Vice Admiral’s respawn time is around 7 minutes.

Drops

Defeating Vice Admiral has a 10% chance to drop the Vice Admiral’s Coat, making Vice Admiral one of the few Bosses that give Boss Drop. The Vice Admiral’s Coat gives 200 energy and 10% melee stats.

Quest

His Quest, upon his defeat, gives you 15,000 Beli and 350,000 EXP.

Recommend just server hopping and fighting the Vice Admiral, rather than going to the Skylands, as he gives as much Exp as the Dark Masters, though giving almost double in cash / Beli.

location = Prison hp = 7250 atk_per_hit = 131.7/158.1

The Warden spawns at Prison. To do his quest, you must be level 200 or above. The Warden has a spawn time of 4 minutes. Completing his quest rewards you with 6,000 Beli & 600,000 exp. Elemental effects will not work on the Warden, as with any bosses.

The Saber Expert is a boss, who is only accessible if you are level 200. You have to do a certain quest to access his area. After defeating Saber Expert, he can drop the legendary sword, Saber. (Note: Only one person is able to get the drop, so fighting him with other players is not recommended unless they already have the sword) Below is a link to a guide to solving the puzzle you need to do to get to him. He is called Saber Expert in the game. He cannot get out of his room unless you force him too (a way of doing it is using the [X] move of unawakened Dark or the [X] move of Sand or the [X] move of Dough.

Note: If you used Flash Step to get in his area (and not be level 200), you can’t deal any damage to him but he can still damage you. Quite like Ice Admiral.

Saber Expert can also be taken out of his cave with Dough’s X move. if you hit him with sticky dough while on the upper platform, it will slam him in the roof, and make him leave.

☀Saber Expert tutorialNote: If you have trouble killing him, you have two methods for an easier way:

Note: You can use Dough’s[X] pull him out of his cage, but players below lvl 200 can’t attack him (he won’t take the damage) This is tested. Barrier X move might also do this (unconfirmed).

You can get him stuck on the square bump in-between the stairs, this will make him considerably easier to kill since he can not attack you directly, note that this is almost impossible to do with the Quake fruit.

You can use the door as a invisible barrier against him. He can not walk through the door but walks against it. There you are able to use ranged attacks against him.

In both ways, he is still able to hit you with his ranged attack.

The Saber Expert respawns every 30 minutes. The Saber Expert does not spawn the moment a server spawns. If you are using a VIP server, you must wait 30 minutes before he spawns.

The Sabet Expert also regenerates insanely fast. So it is recommended to hit him with as much attacks as possible.
