How to get all free items in Roblox Tommy Play

The Roblox x Tommy Hilfiger collab is here! Following in the steps of another Metaverse visitor, Clarks, clothing brand Tommy Hilfiger has teamed up with Roblox to release their BMX-themed experience, Tommy Play. Players hoping to earn a few free items inside of this experience are in luck, so hop on your bike and let’s get started!

Earning all free items

TJ Donut Headphones

The TJ Donut Headphones can be earned by simply joining the Tommy Play experience! Yep, that’s it!

TJ Wearable BMX Backpack

The TJ Wearable BMX Backpack can be earned by completing the experience’s quick tutorial. To complete the tutorial, simply join Tommy Play and approach the NPC pictured below.

Upon speaking to this NPC, TJ, you’ll be asked to equip your in-game bike. To do this, press Q and select the bike from the menu that appears.

After doing so, you will earn the Introduction badge and the TJ Wearable BMX Backpack item!

TJ Sport Cap

To earn the TJ Sport Cap, players need to accumulate at least 20 seconds of airtime on their BMX bike. To do this quickly, we recommend keeping an eye out for any of the cloud rings pictured below.

Going up ramps and jumping into these cloud rings will blast your Robloxian into the sky. If you see multiple cloud rings stacked in front of one another, be sure to ride through them! The extra boosts, along with pressing the spacebar, will send you flying.

TJ Giant Hotdog Backpack

Before you can earn the TJ Giant Hotdog Backpack, you’ll need to find and unlock a secret door! To do this, hop on your bike and head toward the large bridge pictured below.

Ride across the entirety of this bridge but be careful as you approach the end—you’ll need to drop down onto a small platform hidden below the edge.

On this platform should be a door guarded by a small chicken. In order to unlock this door, you’ll need to complete a Bar Spin trick in midair. To do this, press the spacebar and the 1 key at the same time.

Once you’ve completed this task, the door should automatically open, allowing you to enter the secret room and earn the TJ Giant Hotdog Backpack item and badge!

Entering the room isn’t necessary as there’s nothing collectable inside, but you’re more than welcome to do so anyway.

TJ Giant Burger

Similar to the TJ Giant Hotdog Backpack, the TJ Giant Burger can only be obtained by those who find the secret room where the item is located. In order to enter the secret room, you’ll need to have the TJ Giant Hotdog Backpack equipped to your avatar, so be sure to do that before entering the experience!

With the hotdog backpack equipped, spawn into Tommy Play, select the Bronx level, and look for the store pictured below.

Enter this store and approach its water feature in the middle.

To enter the secret room, jump into the water and swim downward. After a few seconds, you should fall into the secret Hotdog Room and earn the TJ Giant Burger item and badge!

TJ Pride Foam Hand

The TJ Pride Foam Hand is one of the easiest items to unlock in all of Tommy Play—in order to obtain it, all that you need to do is find it! To do this, spawn into the Bronx level and look for the noob statue pictured below—it should have a rainbow aura around it.

To reach this statue, walk onto the blue platform near spawn and then jump down onto the train tracks below.

Once on the train tracks, climb onto the waiting area’s awning and turn yourself so that you’re facing the nearby clouds.

Now, jump from the awning onto the clouds and then climb the clouds until you reach the building pictured below.

On this building is a small air vent that’s outputting red light—jump onto this vent to get boosted to the roof above.

You should now be directly across from the building with the noob statue—use the cloud in front of you to reach this building. Once on the building, approach the noob statue and collect the TJ Pride Foam Hand by walking into it!

Frosty Flair and Floor Rock Freeze

While the Frosty Flair and Floor Rock Freeze emotes can be purchased with Robux, they can also be unlocked for free by those willing to complete a short quest! To start this quest, look for the yellow icon on you screen that’s labeled Quest and follow it. You should end up at the location pictured below.

To start this quest, speak to the break dancing skeleton. Upon doing so, you will be given the Pretzel Run quest and asked to collect two large pretzels. To find the first pretzel, we’d recommend resetting your character and starting from the spawn point. Once you’ve been reset, hop down onto the train tracks and follow them until you reach the point pictured below—you should be able to see a pretzel in the distance!

As you continue forward on the train tracks, you should eventually reach a point that requires you to complete a small obby. Take your time as you maneuver across the broken bridge, you will have to start from the beginning if you fall!

Once you’ve successfully crossed the obby, approach the pretzel and press E to collect it! Then, with the first pretzel collected, return to the skeleton NPC to begin the next part of the quest.

To find the next pretzel, reset your character once more to return to spawn. Then, make your way toward the same train station awning that we went to for the pride item and begin climbing the nearby clouds once more.

This time, however, instead of climbing the first building and going toward the noob statue, we’re going to turn and continue following the clouds to the second building.

From this building, you should be able to see a path made up of clouds and various random items—continue following this path to reach the entrance to the Tommy Museum.

To enter the museum, walk through the small doorway pictured below. Directly inside of this doorway should be the second large pretzel!

To collect this pretzel, just like the first one, approach it and press E. Doing so will complete the Pretzel Run quest and award you with the two corresponding avatar emotes!

TJ Chicago Cropped Windbreaker

The TJ Chicago Cropped Windbreaker can only be earned by those who rank in the top three on either of the in-game minigame leaderboards—Races Won or Races Completed. On top of that, you must also rank on this leaderboard in a server that has over 11 players inside of it. If you rank top three but the entire leaderboard isn’t full, it won’t count!

At the time of this article’s publication, less than 10,000 people have completed this task and earned the corresponding Local Legend badge.

TJ Pop Hoodie (Green / Blue)

The TJ Pop Hoodie (Green / Blue) can be earned by those who complete four different tricks during a single stunt competition. To purchase more tricks, open the experience’s shop menu and select the tricks graphic. Each tricks costs 100 Coins.

TJ Pop Hoodie (Blue / Yellow)

The TJ Pop Hoodie (Blue / Yellow) can be earned by those who successfully complete a combo worth at least 5,000 points in a single stunt competition. To do this quickly, try double jumping and doing two tricks at once!

TJ Pop Stripe Rugby (Pink / Blue)

To earn the TJ Pop Stripe Rugby (Pink / Blue) shirt, players will need to first purchase and equip a custom color to their bike, and then participate and win a stunt competition with this color equipped. Custom colors can be purchased from the Shop by clicking on the bike icon.

TJ Pop Stripe Rugby (Pink / Green)

The TJ Pop Stripe Rugby (Pink / Green) shirt can be earned by winning a BMX race with a custom color equipped to your bike.

Other clothing

Along with the free items mentioned above, there’s also a handful of other clothing pieces that can be obtained for free inside of Tommy Play.

These clothes, some layered and some 2D, can either be purchased with Robux from Roblox’s Avatar Shop, or with in-game money from the Tommy Play Shop. The prices of all of these clothes can be found in the list below.

How to get all free items in Roblox Beatland

Get ready to work!

Unlocking free items

While there are nearly 20 Telekom-themed avatar items in total for players to obtain, most of them need to be purchased with Robux inside of the experience. All of the items that can be earned for free are briefly listed below, along with how to earn them. A more detailed explanation of how to earn these items follows afterward.

Earning Beatcoins

As mentioned above, all of the free items inside of Beatland can be purchased with Beatcoins. To earn these coins, players can either find them around the map or complete jobs. If you choose to explore for coins rather than participate in jobs, keep your eye out for the coins pictured below.

Though you add two Beatcoins to your bank for each tangible Beatcoin that you collect around the map, you’ll still need to collect around 1,500 individual Beatcoins in order to unlock all five of the purchasable free items. Because of this, it may be easier to complete jobs instead (extra emphasis on «may»).

To begin a job, look for any glowing circle on the ground and approach it.

Each circle color signifies a specific job. The orange circle pictured above allocates players to work as the City Janitor. To start working, walk into the circle of your choosing and select Unlock Job or Take Job, depending on wether or not you’ve done it before. You’ll also be able to see how many Beatcoins you’ll earn from completing the job and if you need to pay any Beatcoins to work it.

Once you’ve unlocked and taken the job, follow the pink arrows that appear on your screen—these will lead you to your job’s location.

If everything works and you don’t run into any bugs, the pink arrows should direct you to an area with a blue circle and an action prompt.

Because this experience is exceptionally buggy at the time of this article’s publication, however, it’s likely that you’ll be brought to a seemingly random location with no objective and, therefore, nothing to do.

If this happens, you’ll unfortunately need to quit your current job by pressing the small X next to your job’s icon and return to its starting point to try again. This glitch happened to us numerous times on multiple different jobs. In fact, only two out of our six attempts at completing jobs were successful. During the other four attempts the blue circle would either never appear, appear but not offer an action prompt, or appear and offer an action prompt that loops us into a never-ending animation.

Depending on which one you’ve chosen, you’ll earn anywhere from 10 to 30 Beatcoins for each job that you successfully complete. This means that, assuming you won’t be collecting a single Beatcoin from around the map, you’ll need to complete somewhere between 50 to 100 jobs in order to earn enough Beatcoins to unlock all five of the purchasable free items.

Collecting letters

Unlike the other five free items that can be purchased with Beatcoins, the sixth item, the Boris Brejcha Vinyl Record Shield, can only be unlocked by those who find all eight of the letters that make up the word BEATLAND once a day for five days. It’s unknown at the time of this article’s publication if these letters spawn in new locations every day or if they stay in the same areas. But for now, all eight letter locations can be found below, and the description of each location is below the accompanying screenshot.

Once you’ve found the final letter, your letter tracker on the left side of your screen will turn into a cooldown timer that’s set to 15 hours. After this timer reaches zero, you will be able to find the next set of eight letters.

Completing the Tower Obby

To find the Tower Obby, spawn into Beatland and look for the sign pictured below—following the direction that this sign is pointing will lead you to the obby’s entrance.

Once inside the obby, you’ll need to complete multiple stages that range in difficulty in order to reach the top and collect the Telekom 5G Jetpack. Examples of these stages can be found below.

Once you reach the area below, pat yourself on the back—you’re in the home stretch!

Climb the ladder in front of you, walk up the rainbow stairs, and approach the jetpack to claim your free UGC item!

As mentioned above, it seems as though this experience is exceptionally buggy for everyone, so keep in mind that you’re not alone in your glitchy struggles. If you don’t feel like these items are worth the time and effort that they require to obtain them, that’s ok!

What are promo codes?

Roblox promo codes are exclusive codes that allow players to unlock unique, never-before-seen avatar items completely for free. Each time that you unlock an item using a promo code, it’s permanently added to your Roblox inventory, meaning that you’ll never have to worry about it disappearing or only existing for a limited amount of time! Keep in mind, however, that though the redeemed items stick around forever, the codes don’t, so it’s important to redeem promo codes as soon as possible!

How do you use promo codes?

To redeem promo codes, simply head to the Redeem Roblox Promotions website, type in or copy and paste your code into the text box, and press Redeem. If your code is active, it will automatically unlock its corresponding reward and add it to your Roblox inventory!

When will new promo codes be released?

Unfortunately, promo codes are released at random times throughout the year with little to no information about them ahead of time. Typically, these codes are released via Roblox’s social media accounts, such as Twitter or Facebook, during holidays, with Roblox-centered events, or after achieving company-related milestones. From January 2022, to June 2022, zero promo codes have been released.

Can you get Robux from promo codes?

Despite being over a year old, Wonder Woman: The Themyscira Experience is still open to players! In order to earn the eight free items that are available to collect inside of this experience, players will need to complete various quests, minigames, and obbies to earn in-game coins, which can be exchanged at the Shop for items. EVENT: Build It, Play It (Mansion of Wonder)

The Build It, Play It event is split into two experiences, Island of Move and Mansion of Wonder. To earn the four free items inside of Mansion of Wonder, simply join the experience, look for the Swag Booth, and enter each of the codes below. Upon doing so, you will earn the corresponding badge and avatar item!

EVENT: Build It, Play It (Island of Move)

The Build It, Play It event is split into two experiences, Island of Move and Mansion of Wonder. To earn the four free items inside of Island of Move, simply join the experience, press the Click to Interact button at the bottom of your screen, and enter each of the codes below. Upon doing so, you will earn the corresponding badge and avatar item!

Event: Ready Player Two Hub

In celebration of the release of the young-adult novel Ready Player Two, Roblox players can claim the Ready Player Two Book hat and Ready Player Two shirt for free! To do this, simply launch the Ready Player Two Hub experience! Upon doing so for the list time, the two avatar accessories will automatically unlock and appear in your Roblox inventory. There are also other items that can be unlocked by completing challenges in other experiences, which are featured in the list below.

EVENT: Beat the Scammers!

Learn how to spot scammers in real life and earn the awesome Shield of the Sentinel avatar item in exchange! Beat the Scammers! invites players to answer 10 questions that revolve around suspicious messages or posts—answer all of the questions correctly by determining which messages are a scam to earn the item! Roblox Creator Challenges

Creator Challenges were implemented by Roblox as a way for players to learn the ins and outs of Roblox studio, Roblox’s game development program, while also playing minigames, exploring inventive areas, and having fun with friends. The Roblox Creator Challenges took place inside of three experiences, Galactic Speedway Creator Challenge, Jurassic World Creator Challenge, Godzilla Creator Challenges, and PC Creator Challenge. By joining each of these experiences and answering a few game development-related questions, players can earn a variety of free avatar items.

These questions range in difficulty, but a majority of them can be answered with little to no programming knowledge or coding background at all—going with your best guess is often enough! You also aren’t penalized for wrong answers, so there’s no need to worry about starting all over if you get one wrong.

Note: If you completed the Galactic Speedway Creator Challenge when it was still titled the Star Wars Creator Challenge, you’ll need to go into your badges and delete the ones related to it in order to earn the new ones. These can be found on your Profile page under Player Badges and have the titles below.

Click on each of these badges and select the dots to the right of their names—this is where you can delete each badge from that menu. Once you’ve done that, go back into the Galactic Speedway Challenge and complete it again to receive the new rewards.

Head into the Wimbleworld experience and go to the Wimbledon Shop. In the corner, you will see the two items you can purchase with Wimble Bux. The hat is 100 coins and the bag is 200 Coins. These can be earned by playing matches against players or redeeming in game codes.

TJ Crossover Bags, Pop Hoodies, Stripe Rugby Shirts

You can get two TJ Crossover Bags by heading into the Tommy Hilfiger Experience on Roblox. All you need to do is collect 790 coins for each bag in the game. Once you have that amount, head to the in-game shop and purchase them to get the item for your avatar!

Duolingo Bodysuit and Snapback Cap

You can get two free items in the Duolingo Experience by collecting 1,000 Coins for the Body Suit and 2,000 Coins for the Hat. Just play the minigame in the experience over and over to collect coins to total up enough to obtain the items!

Canada Day Zippered Jacket

Just head to the Canada Day Zippered Jacket and hit the big green GET button to receive a nice new jacket for your avatar in celebration of Canada Day!

Wimbledon Items

A new Wimbledon tennis experience has been released known as Wimbleworld. If you play the game and reach level 2, you will earn yourself the Wimbledon Cap. Hitting level 4 will and 15 will also get you items!

Free Nike Items

You can get two free Nike items by heading into the NIKELAND Roblox game! Once inside the game, use the teleport button to get to the Lobby. Then locate the Showroom, which is a red building with a holographic shoe over it. If you can’t find it, follow this video. Go inside and look for the mannequin with the Nike hat on. Inspect it and hit the collect button to receive the Nike Pro Cap and the Nike Elemental Backpack!

Another set of Roblox avatar items can be obtained by completing tasks in a Lubou game. This time the game is translated at Bump World: Free Jungle. There’s four things to get, and to get them you just need to go around the map collecting these little robot rabbit figures. They don’t all the look the same, they are sparkly robots.

Bandito Army Jacket – Twenty One Pilots

The Twenty One Pilots event is coming up soon, and to celebrate it you are getting a free Avatar item! Just head to the Bandito Army Jacket Roblox page and hit the big green Get button to receive it for free!

Roblox Classic Cap

Roblox has introduced the new Roblox Community Space experience which you can try out the new proximity voice chat feature. Another benefit of this experience is that you can get a free avatar item. To get the Roblox Classic Cap, you need to complete three tasks:

To put up some artwork, go outside and look for the chalkboards. Get close to one, click on the paint brush, and apply a piece of art. The games area is found indoors, in the room next to the lounge area. Finally, to take a photo go outside and find the Photo Booth which is close to the big Roblox statue. Click the photo button to take a selfie. After you’ve completed all three of those tasks, click the tasks button at the top left of the screen and click the “Claim Your Prize!” button.

KSI Golden Headphones & AOTP Hat

To get the free Roblox items from KSI, all you need to do is head to the AOTP Hat and Golden Headphones item areas on Roblox. Once you’ve arrived at each page, just click on the big green “Get” button on the page. You can then navigate to the avatar section of Roblox and equip your new items!

Stranger Things Items

To get Dustin’s Hat for free, all you need to do is enter into the Stranger Things: Starcourt Mall game. You will be rewarded the hat as soon as the game loads. You will find it in the avatar section of Roblox!

The following part of this game might bugged right now. Let me know in the comments if you were able to get it to work!

There are other avatar items in the game that you can get, but you need to earn in-game coins. Go to each of the Stranger Things characters: Will, Eleven, Lucas, and Steve.
