Drinking alcohol ruins your organism, destroys your nervous system and leads to liver disfunction. Taking drugs causes addiction and a large number of such illnesses as cancer, AIDS and tuberculosis. If you want to live a long and healthy life you should give up all your bad habits.

An active life with lots of physical exercises. Doing simple exercises every day can increase your health level and improve your immune system. Physical training strengthens your organism and allows effective fighting with illnesses. So if you are active, breathe fresh air and don’t stay too much time indoors you will not have problems with your health.

Урок №1: The greatest wealth is health – Здоровый образ жизни

Цели : Введение и практическое освоение новой лексики по теме «The greatest wealth is health», повторение грамматического материала “Степени сравнения прилагательных”

Образовательные: содействовать развитию лексико-грамматических навыков по теме «Здоровье». Формирование навыков и умений образования сравнительной и превосходной степеней сравнения прилагательных.

Развивающие: Развитие навыков монологической, навыков чтения и письма, восприятия и понимания речи на слух.

Воспитательные : воспитывать внимательное отношение к своему здоровью.

1. Организационный момент:

Good morning! I’m glad to see you! How are you feel? Are you healthy today?

T: Yes? You are right. Because « The greatest wealth is health ». ( На доске)

B) Речевая разминка :

T: Give it a title of this poem. ( Учащиеся дают название стихотворению )

( Слайд 2): Sunshine water rest air exercise diet

C) Постановка цели урока

A) T: Can you tell me what factors influence our health? Food, physical activity, bad habits, ecology, our lifestyle…

Eating a lot of fruit; self-treatment; unhealthy habit; doing exercise; bad ecology; sleeping 8 hours a day; airing the room; stress.

T: Listen and read the text. Add more information to your table “Healthy Lifestyle”.

T: Let’s play a game «Confusion». Make a words and expressions out of mixed letters! Divide into two groups! After completing the task, exchange your answers and check each other. Игра Путаница — составление слов из перепутанных букв. Задание выполняется в группах. После выполнения задания, группы обмениваются листочками с ответами и проверяют друг друга.

5. Закрепление изученных грамматических навыков.

a) T: Remember «Digress of comparison of adjectives». (слайд №6).

T : Когда мы сравниваем признак двух предметов, мы употребляем прилагательные в сравнительной степени, а если мы хотим сказать о предмете, что он самый-самый, тогда уже употребляем прилагательное в превосходной степени. А что случилось с нашими прилагательными, когда я начала сравнивать яблоки? ( поменялись окончания у прилагательных ).

T : Если односложное прилагательное оканчивается на одну согласную, а в корне слова стоит одна гласная, то последняя согласная удваивается.

T : Если односложное прилагательное оканчивается на непроизносимую немую гласную «е», то она исчезает и прибавляется “ er ” или “ est ”.

T : Если прилагательное оканчивается на букву «у» после согласной, то в сравнительной и превосходной степени она меняется на « i »

Beautiful – more beautiful – the most beautiful

Т: А еще у нас есть исключения – прилагательные, которые образуют степени сравнения прилагательных не по общему правилу:

Good-better-the best; bad-worse-the worst; old-older, elder- the oldest, the eldest; far-farther, further–the farthest, the furthest; little-less-the least.

T: Open your record books and write down your home task for the next lesson:

T: What is your impression of the lesson? Take the stickers on your Desk and stick them in a circle. The circle consists of three parts, such as: easy and interesting, difficult and interesting, difficult and not interesting.

Все учащиеся получают стикеры и приклеивают их в ту часть круга на доске, которое соответствует их впечатлению от проведенного урока.
