After logging in, go to Create Tab and launch the Roblox Studios window. A window will appear to have many different tools in game development.

Tools/Toolbox Option

Update: The new Roblox Studios has a Toolbox option on the bottom left side of your Home tab. If it’s not visible then you might need to turn it on by going into the View tab.

After opening the Roblox Studios, click on the Insert Tab to open a tab with multiple tools. Among these tools, select the option Tools to create a new tools panel for your game. A tools panel is an interface that helps you to control the workflow of the game.

Faceplates

The faceplate is an option inside the Tools box to create a basic setup for your game, such as adjusting terrains, player models, and other environmental scripts. To do this, Click on the Categories options from the Tools box. Now select the option Faceplates from the list of multiple options. This will create a faceplate interface in your Roblox Studios. You can further select any tools to customize the terrain and other environments.

Tycoon Start Kits

Start Kits are the sets of scripts that help you to skip the intense coding in Roblox Studios. Luckily, there are starter kits for the tycoon games too. Click on the Categories option again and select the Tycoon Start Kits’ option from the sets of tools available. This kit will be accessible from the faceplate menu.

Decide a Currency

Tycoon Starter Kit will apply an earning method to your game. But to make this work, you have to select the currency for your game. Suppose you are making a building tycoon game, then bricks can be a good currency. If you are making an Island tycoon, then bridges might be a good currency. Apply A Script

You need to apply a script to allow the purchasing and selling of the objects in your Tycoon game on Roblox. To do it, you need to select the Script option from your objects menu. This will open up a window with multiple scripts. Now select the script you need or create a script if you know Lua programming language.

Drag The Button Script

The buy button you just created needs to be attached to an object in the game. To do it, drag the button to the explorer panel where your objects are visible. After attaching the script to the object, you can buy the object as your city develops in a tycoon.

Create Button For Every Object

Now, you need to create the button for all the buyable objects in your Tycoon. This process will take time but once done; you can start releasing your game.

Finalize The Game

Now, you have created a Tycoon game with the pre available models and scripts. You can further edit it by adding the functionality of private servers and adding purchasable items. This will make sure you earn Robux by making this Tycoon game.

If you guys can’t find the «Explorer» tab that he has on the right, go to the top of the screen and look for the tab that says «View» and click it. It should pop up somewhere around the perimeter of your screen, and you can always drag it to another place.

In every button there is a value called «Dependency» if I remember correctly you edit the value to another button. The button won’t show up until you buy the button you put in the value

There are «How to script a tycoon» Clip-Share tutorials that are this long. If you want it done right do it yourself+I dont trust Toolbox Models anymore. And if you are doing this tutorial, be safe make sure to check the models and scripts you put into your game. They could hack you. BE SAFE.

If the item is still visible I recommend taking a look inside your tycoons item properties and making sure the name in there matches correctly with the name of your chair.

You can edit how much money the dropper gives you inside of the properties included in the dropper. As for the floors, just add new floors like you would with any other item.

how do you change to the drop to whatever you want? I can’t find any videos on how to do it on zed’s tycoon kit, nor can I find where I would have to put the ID for the image I want to use as the drop.

Not really sure. Try opening up the model further and see if there’s a property or a part which is the drop.
