Description
Noclipping is the action of travelling quickly enough to pass through a solid object. This is considered the main method of entering and exiting many of the levels in the Backrooms. While noclipping is a fairly supernatural process, it draws similarities with quantum tunneling. A human being does not possess enough energy to penetrate the barrier between the Frontrooms and the Backrooms. However, in rare areas where the barrier is thin enough, a human may be able to «borrow» the energy of a noclip channel, passing through the barrier without breaking it.
Noclip channels are mysterious forces that can be described similarly to wind currents. They have an impossible, potentially infinite amount of energy, and act as a gateway between locations. They pull in a single direction, in a vacuum, with speeds that quickly grow exponentially. Their force extends beyond the barrier a small amount, meaning that a human with enough energy going into a noclip channel can be «picked up» by it and gain enough energy to quantum tunnel. This process usually takes around four seconds. They can be anywhere, functioning as the roads of the Backrooms. Notably, there is only a single confirmed noclip channel leading into the Frontrooms, but thousands leading out. Despite their convenience, they are not entirely safe.
First of all, not all noclip channels end in other levels. Some end in the middle of the Void, having a small chance of stranding the wanderer there. Noclipping, if unsuccessful, can lead to serious bodily harm from the high velocities it requires. Worse, if noclipping is only partially successful, it can lead to absorption where a wanderer may end up inside of a wall, instantly dying. Some advanced entities are capable of opening up these channels and using them as traps, or purposely absorbing themselves into walls to lie in wait.
Successfully noclipping is most probable in areas where the barriers are thin, such as abandoned office buildings, maintenance tunnels, or other isolated locations. While running into an unusual-looking wall in an abandoned office building has a chance of successfully performing a noclip, performing the same action inside of a familiar and warm apartment building has a near-zero chance. Anything unusual or disconcerting is likely where the barriers are thinnest.
Finally, time inside of the Backrooms functions differently in relation to the Frontrooms. Time seems to be a factor in what noclip channels exist and therefore what levels are noclipped into (ie. those born before fluorescent lighting are much more likely to noclip into a non-0 level). Mirroring that, however, the location of a wanderer in the Frontrooms at time of noclipping appears to be correlated to the time that they arrive in the Backrooms. It is thought that this is not a direct correlation, and that there is a confounding factor. This phenomenon is known as temporal displacement.
How Do I Noclip?
To noclip, one needs to be travelling quickly enough to pass through any solid object like a wall without breaking it. If this is performed successfully, one will have noclipped. However, as mentioned previously, it is quite easy to incorrectly perform this, causing injury, death, or eternal torment. It is difficult to predict with any level of certainty, and all of it is based off of luck.
Basics of the Backrooms: A Guide
The Backrooms are a spatial anomaly outside of standard reality. Time does not function in the same manner inside the Backrooms, and along with this, there are dangerous entities lurking in the shadows. This guide is meant to help newcomers, called Wanderers, prepare physically and mentally for the Backrooms.

How to Enter the Backrooms
To enter the Backrooms, one must «noclip» out of reality. There isn’t a guaranteed method of achieving this, as it occurs inconsistently. However, there are some tips to increase the chances of entering the Backrooms. One method is to find an «entrance». These are glitches in reality that lead to the Backrooms, but they occur extremely rarely. Such entrances include:
On the extremely rare chance that you have found an entrance to the Backrooms, do not approach it unless you are properly prepared. Once you have the necessary supplies for survival, simply walk into the discolored wall or enter the out-of-place door. Some may reach the Backrooms accidentally on their first attempt, while it may take others hundreds or even thousands of attempts. It’s all based on luckiness, or rather, unluckiness.
If you somehow get lucky (or unlucky) enough to reach the Backrooms, you’ll most likely find yourself in Level 0. On rare occurrences, there have been reports of others initially finding themselves in Level 1 or Level 2.
Accepting Your Fate
If you happen to accidentally stumble into the Backrooms, the first thing you must do is stay calm. Panicking causes one to lose their senses, such as sense of direction, which could make one lose their way; panicking may also make noise, which may attract unwanted visitors. The second thing you must do is make a mental note of your surroundings to determine which level you’ve ended up in. One should do this every time they have entered a new location in the Backrooms. The third thing you must do is accept the fact that you are now in the Backrooms, and that you are very unlikely to reach home ever again. Accepting this fact will help one focus on the task at hand: survival, rather than trying to get back home and exhausting themselves. One should also try to stay near where they started, as entering other levels can be dangerous. One must pass through many dangerous levels and unlikely hazards to start their journey through the Backrooms.
Few have ever officially made it out of the Backrooms, and it is currently unknown if it ends.

There are different types of expeditions in the Backrooms that determine what supplies one should bring.

Even though these items are listed for survival in Level 0 and Level 1, they are not exclusive to these levels, as they are necessary for survival in any level of the Backrooms. These supplies are considered the basic necessities, and one will require more items as they delve deeper into the Backrooms.

Level 0 is the 1st Level of the Backrooms, and the first Level many encounter.
Description:
Level 0 is a non-linear space, resembling the back rooms of a retail outlet. Similar to its previous form, all rooms in Level 0 appear uniform and share superficial features such as yellowed wallpaper, damp carpet, and inconsistently placed fluorescent lighting. However, no two rooms within the Level are identical.
The installed lighting flickers inconsistently and hums at a constant frequency. This buzzing is notably louder and more obtrusive than ordinary fluorescent humming, and examination of the fixtures to determine the source has been inconclusive. The substance saturating the carpet cannot be consistently identified. It is not water, nor is it safe to consume. 1
Linear space in Level 0 is altered drastically; it is possible to walk in a straight line and return to the starting point, and retracing your steps will result in a different set of rooms appearing than the ones already passed through. Due to this, and the visual similarity between rooms, consistent navigation is extremely difficult. Devices such as compasses and GPS locators fail to function within the Level, and radio communications are distorted and unreliable.
Level 0 is entirely still and devoid of life. Despite the fact that it is the primary entrance to the Backrooms, contact with other wanderers within the Level has never been reported. Presumably, a great number of people have died before exiting, the most likely causes being dehydration, starvation, and psychological trauma due to sensory deprivation and isolation. However, no corpses have been reported from these hypothetical deaths. Attempting to enter Level 0 in a group will result in the separation of the group until the Level is exited.

According to analysis, the CO2 levels within Level 0 are rising at a steady rate. The significance of this is unknown.
Entities:
No Entities are known to exist within the Level, including other humans. If you see, hear, or encounter what you believe to be another wanderer, it is not a human.
Entrances And Exits:
Entrances
Accidental no-clipping out of the bounds of reality is the most consistent way of accessing Level 0, and, by extension, The Backrooms. See the ‘Basics of the Backrooms’ guide for more information.
The Fortresses of Level 283 rarely contain wooden doors that smell of mold; entering these doors will lead to Level 0.
Exits
Exiting Level 0 is only possible by noclipping, which will always result in entry to Level 1. As newcomers to Level 0 are often unfamiliar with the mechanics of the Backrooms, it is necessary to keep your bearings and adapt quickly to the environment in order to exit.
Entrance to the Manila Room is rare, but possible by walking a great distance in any direction. Unlike Level 0, wanderers can meet freely in the Manila Room, but the room is a dead end. Rather, it functions as a rendezvous room for wanderers who survive the trek.

Этот канал реально хорош своей атмосферой. Реально, будто ты реально попал в закулисье и пытаешься найти хоть какую нибудь информацию об этом месте.

Спасибо, полезный гайд. Прыгнул в стену дома и провалился в закулисье. Сейчас сижу на чиле на четвёртом уровне, пью миндальную воду и нашёл автомат с пропитанием. Хочу попасть на 10 уровень, что бы фермером стать и отдыхать там на природе
А сущности по типу тусовщиков или гончих могут также делать? Или это свойственно только людям?
Мало кто знает, но самый надёжный способ NoClip это
