—Heals 50% of health

—Easiest healing item to acquire and very helpful

—Healing plants can easily be acquired on Los Riscos islands (starting island)

—The pieces of fabric can be acquired as random drop by killing the Undead in any of the islands

—I have all the plants that i found in Los Riscos Islands in the «maps of all plants» section

—Fresh Meat + firepit = Cooked meat

—Restores 25% health and 100% hunger

—Best source for hunger when almost starving (and dying)

—Its quite challenging to get fresh meat in the begining of the game due to having weak weapons/items for hunting big animals

—Later in-game since cooked meat can easily be aquired it can also be used as a healing item when running out of any kind of real healing items

—Every island should have a source of fresh meat (big animals)

—A fairly easy way to kill big animals in and near the begining of the game is by using a bow with classic arrows with feathers

—Cooked steak + mushrooms = steak n’ mushrooms

—Restores 100% hunger

—Nothing special. just that its fancy

—This is a quest item for a monkey on Los Ricos island

—Cooked meat is better since it gives 25% health

—Special White Plant + Firepit = Cooked special white plant

—Restores 50% Hunger and 10% health

—A very simple yet helpful food item to keep with you at all times

—The crafting of this item is very cheap (since it only requires cooking a plant)

—Just like cooked meat except that you dont have to hunt big animals and the special white plant is easy to find

—This food restores a little bit of your health but can be helpfull when desperate

—Cooked fish (any) + Cassava root = Fish N’ Chips

—Restores 100% hunger

—Fish can be aquired by using a fishing rod in any source of water (except wells)

—When fishing it is advised to fish in daybreak (early morning) or when the sun goes down (dusk)

—Cassava roots can easily be aquired on La Vendida island (Kovac’s island)

—Fish N’ Chips is also a quest item for a monkey on La Sonada island

—Bottle full of water + Exotic fruit = Lemonade

—Restores 100% thirst and 25% health

—Lemonade is also a quest item for a monkey on La Vendida island (Kovac’s island)

—Exotic fruits can easily be acquired on La Vendida island and Los riscos island

—Exotic fruits can also be acquired in other islands such as Los riscos island

—Bottle Full of water + Guarana root + Manual Compreser = Green Beef Soda

—2. Unfinished soda + Manual Compreser = green beef soda

—The Manual Compreser can also be replaced by the Diving Tank

—Restores Sleep +100% Thirst +100% and Health +50%

—Gives off an aiming potion effect for 15 seconds

—Its like drinking a bottle of Coca-Cola for the first time (or just drinking it (not for the first time))
