a good example for doing fair trade when you are upgrading is :
goro for lancer
then u trade that lancer for a mera and thats a profit for you
then if you want the lancer back u can trade mera for goro+zushi
and trade back that goro for lancer thats a zushi profit

another tip is when unobtainable items value are really inconsistent dont trade for them since people want overpay even when the value is different
