If you have registered an account in the app and can’t log in to the web version of the service, contact support. We will transfer your subscription and music library to another account.

I got a message about limited access
You may have problems accessing the Yandex Music catalog if you work for a foreign company with an office in one of the countries where the service operates, but internet traffic within the office passes through foreign servers.
The Yandex Music service may also not be available if you use an anonymizer to access it. To check this, disable plugins and app anonymizers and then try opening the site using the latest version of your browser.
If you have a subscription, do not use an anonymizer. If you still see a notification about limited access, contact support and specify the IP address you use when accessing the service. Add the diagnostic information to the feedback form.

Полученная от Лицензиата претензия обрабатывается Яндексом в течение срока, не превышающего 7 (семи) рабочих дней с даты ее получения службой поддержки. По результатам обработки претензии Яндекс самостоятельно принимает решение о том, причитается ли компенсация Лицензиату, и если да, то в каком размере. В случае, если Яндекс примет решение о том, что Лицензиату причитается компенсация, то ее сумма, рассчитанная Яндексом в соответствии с п. 3 SLA, корректирует размер вознаграждения Яндекса за Отчетный период, в котором произошло снижение среднего времени работоспособности Программы. Скорректированный баланс счета Лицензиата отображается в Личном кабинете Лицензиата. Компенсация не предоставляется Лицензиату в случае, если неработоспособность Программы возникла в результате: Компенсация является единственной и исключительной мерой ответственности Яндекса за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение обязательства, предусмотренного п. 2 SLA, и в указанном случае убытки Лицензиата не подлежат взысканию.
