25 июня падает на имейл письмо, что продавец продлил защиту покупателя.

Что это вообще такое и что делать? Кто-то сталкивался с подобным?

Прод писал, что всё ОК, «жди спокойно», как они любят В результате я решила подождать, время защиты было достаточным. Примерно через две недели прод дал новый трек, товар пришёл, всё хорошо. Но я стала ждать, потому что у продавца был высокий рейтинг по всем нашим проверочным системам. Если бы рейтинг был низким, я бы однозначно открыла спор

В результате ваш заказ был отменен.» Деньги уже вернулись на карточку, что несомненно удивило. Вот жду до 7 числа, когда площадка наладит работу в отношении этого магазина.

Crimchanka, а Вы, не учитываете и не связываете это с тем, что у нас с 01 июля поменялись расчетные счета?

Все наши банки перешли на международный формат номера счета IBAN и банковского идентификационного кода BIC SWIFT. Счет будет состоять из 28 символов (цифры и буквы).

Всем привет. Нуждаюсь в совете уже бывавших в такой или похожей ситуации, или что-то знающих про такие ситуации.

Заказал у продавца на Али jump starter, такую батарейку, от которой можно автомобиль завести, если аккумулятор сел.

Причем, у них есть батарейки нескольких модификаций одной фирмы, и я хотел купить другую модель, немного подороже, но у них ни одна не высылалась в Израиль (я живу в Израиле), а только самая простая, ну я ее и заказал.

Продавец получил деньги, дней пять молчал, потом пишет (не под заказом, а в мессенджере, но с привязкой к заказу) «ой, тут такое дело, вся партия бракованная, мы вернули производителю, или ты хочешь что-то другое или отмени заказ»

Я им пишу, «заказ сами отменяйте, раз по вашей вине, а мне в принципе была интересна более дорогая модель, но вы ее почему-то не шлете в Израиль. Если отправите мне ее в Израиль, то гуд. Я готов доплатить разницу».

Он мне пишет «Если доплатишь, то вышлем» и выставили счет на доплату. Я доплатил.
Через еще пару дней пишут: «Ой, чувак, оказывается на складе кончилась эта модель, простти-прости-прости, отмени пожалуйста заказ».

Вот тут для меня непонятка. Зачем мне отменять заказ? Это же мне минус в карму.
Почему они не хотят отменить заказ сами? Им минус в карму А мне какое дело?

В ответ получаю письмо «Could you pls cancel this order and send me your paypal account?
Thank you very much»

Про просьбы дать ПайПал я уже тут прочитал.
Но я и без этого напрягся и не собирался давать ему его давать.

Но на этом ничего не закончилось.
У самой батарейки статус «Awaiting delivery» с нетрекингуемым трекинговым номером.
Доплата висит в статусе «Awaiting Shipment»

Проодавец мне пишет
«Hi friend.
Please cancel this order. we would not ship any parcel for this order.
Please choose «other reason» to cancel it.
Hope your can understand»

Что ему надо? Почему он сам все не отменит и не вернет деньги с извинениями?
Каковы должны быть мои ействия в этой непонятной ситуации?

PS: Китаец, либо совсем тормознутый, либо наглый до опупения. Говорит «Верни товар и я тебе верну деньги», а сам в споре предлагает возмещение 50%. На слова, что таки возврат товара может быть за его счёт только если он сам в споре предложит возврат товара он никак не реагирует.

Хотя сейчас именно остаётся ждать решения медиаторов.

Уважаемые, что-то я туплю.
Продаван требует возврата товара, но в споре так и стоит компенсация 400 рублей. Мне медиаторами было предложено выбрать или вернуть товар, либо остаться довольным предложенными 400 рублями.
Выбрал возврат.
Время идёт, а вот что дальше делать ХЗ, т.к. продаван указал неверный адрес, на комменты не реагирует.
разумеется, что как таковой формы возврата стандартной АлиЭкспресс нет.
Все комментарии и трек-код тут (в споре) чтоль кидать? Но тогда как будет возврат за пересылку?

Однажды мне пришлось самой отменить заказ. И чтобы продавец не упирался, а также чтобы не понес убытка (в случае отказа от покупки они что-то теряют), я выбрала это Reason for Cancellation: I ordered the wrong product(s). В таком случае продавец быстро соглашается на возврат денег. А про OTHER REASONS не знаю. Нет ли здесь подвоха? Пусть ответят Бывалые

Кстати, говорят, что теперь при отмене заказа ещё окошечко появляется «Хотите ли Вы подать жалобу на продавца», и если отметить «Yes», то можно будет открыть стандартный спор. Не знаю, правда или нет, в последнее время заказы отменять не приходилось.

sergey22 А смысл? Продавец же честно объясняет, что товара LQ5438 больше нет, распродан. И просит или выбрать другой товар, или запросить отмену заказа, причём он отмену подтвердит сразу же. Значит, и Ваши деньги раньше вернутся туда, откуда пришли.

sergey22 Если просто дожидаться окончания, то, скорее всего, продавец Вам выдаст трек, ничего не отправив, и начнется геморрой с диспутом и неотслеживаемым треком. А все потому, что Алиэкспресс наказывает за неотгрузку товара вовремя.
