Dear Santa

Find all the letters to Santa in the holiday missions.

1. Последнее письмо дается за прохождение сюжетной линии. Сразу ставлю его под первым номером.

2. Напротив первого поворота в первой миссии стоит толпа. Письмо находится на сцене, куда они смотрят.

3 & 4. Два письма находятся возле CID. Одно напротив биллборда за CID, а второе наверху, приклеено на часы.

6. Письмо находится на верху экрана.

A World Without Christmas

Complete the holiday text adventure.

1. Последняя коллекционка дается за прохождение сюжета. Сразу ставлю это в первый пункт.

2. Первая коллекционка забирется с крыши Башенных часов.

3. Вторая коллекционка находится на крыше здания, где нужно украсть воздушную пушку.

4. Третья лежит между подарками в районе бассейна.

5. Последняя коллекционка из этой миссии находится на крыше дома, противоположного кино-экрану.

Битва перед Рождеством

6. Шестая валяется на втором этаже конюшен.

7. Седьмая коллекционка лежит возле выхода из мастерской Санты (прямо перед подходом к саням). Она запрятана на другой стороне.

8. В этой миссии только одна коллекционка для этого достижения и получить ее можно во время битвы с боссами. Станьте лицом к обоим и заберитесь на здание справа.

Most screens don’t show the target itself but the location from a view angel that should be easily found by everyone.
The target location is mostly towards the center of the screen where the aim dot is pointing or it is highlighted by a «golden shine» somewhere on the screen with info in which region below the picture.

The last letter and computer will be given automaticly after you finish all 3 missions of the Christmas DLC!

Right when you start the first mission there is a speaker podium in front of you, on it is the first letter to Santa.

The 2nd and 3rd letters are at the courthouse where one is at the bottom on another speaker podium and the other one right by the clock near the top of the building.

The 4th letter to Santa is on top of the big drive-in cinema screen.

The 5th and last letter can be found near the pool where a mission objective is located. When you approach the pool right from the park/courthouse you will see the letter on top of the northern building ‘behind’ the pool.

When you enter Santa’s town get on the highest building on the side that you approach the city from. Take a look to your right and you will see the letter. If you struggle to find it then use Super jump and aim for a Nuke, that way you can look around from the air.

Before putting on the disguise to get into the workshop you look to your left right when you enter the building where you find your disguise to see the next letter to Santa.

When you are inside the workshop and ready to get the North-Pole then you will find the letter right on Santa’s desk.

On top of the courthouse near the park you will find the first computer.

The 2nd computer is on top of the drive-in cinema building where you place a mission objective.

At the pool where the mission objective is located you will also find one of the computers near a pack of gifts.

On top of the weapon shop where you get your «first gun» is the 4th computer in this mission. It’s on a main road in east-west direction.

Inside the eastern stables on the 2nd floor you will find the first computer on this mission. Some people report that this computer not always is shown! Starting the mission and directly going for the computer worked for some.

Inside Santa’s workshop before you exit back to the central plaza take a look to your right before leaving the house there you will find the 2nd computer inside a small room.

When you start the mission just move straight forward and head slightly right till you reach the small fireplace with the first talking Snowman.

From the first Snowman head towards Santa’s Town and look for the building setup as seen on the next screenshot. There you will find the 2nd on the bottom and the 3rd Snowman on top.

Head east around the town to reach the stable with the computer go a little bit further around till you can see the Sledge starting ramp. To the left of the ramp is a house that has a small cafe terasse on the other side as seen on the next screen shot where the aim circle is pointing towards.

From the last Snowman take a look on the screenshot next and you will find the next Snowman that knows how to talk.

From the start of the map you head left around the town and the stables till you pass the first house after the stables to locate the next talking Snowmen.

When looking at the sledge ramp on the eastern side of the town you will notice a building in front of it where the last Snowman is located.

On the third mission where you fly the sledge to deliver presents you have to visit the «Zinyak Island» to the southeast and send a present to his hand to get the following achievement unlocked:

Our Gift to You
Find the present in a holiday mission.

You can find the present in the first mission. It can be found in close proximity of some of the bells and it is hard to miss since it shines at regular intervals.

. A Saint Gets a Gun
Ring all the bells in town in ‘Miracle on 3rd Street’.

In the first mission you will be given the task of ringing some bells. Only 3 bells are needed to complete the task but if you do choose to ring all of them, you’ll get the achievement.

You can ring the bells using your guns but you may have to walk up to the last bell in order to complete it.

Get that Kid to a Psychologist
Find all the snowmen vignettes in the North Pole.

There are 8 snowmen you have to interact with in order to get this achievement. In order to interact with a snowman, just run up to them. If they start to talk or make noise, then that means you were able to interact successfully.

Below is a list of the snowmen with a brief description on their location.

4. The Two-Face Snowman is found near another regular non-speaking snowman in the vicinity of one of the stables.

5 & 6. The Police Snowman with the megaphone can be found in the southern portion of the map (facing the gate). Make sure to also talk to the snowman they are talking since that snowman is part of the achievement.

8. The Bodybuilding Snowman can be found VERY close to the Gangster Snowman in an alley with a dead-end.

In the second mission there will be an optional task of licking the door open. Complete the task for the achievement.

This will take a while so maybe you should read the dialogue. It’s actually pretty funny.

He’s Still on the Naughty List
Deliver a present to Zinyak in ‘The Santa Clawz’.

The Zinyak statue mentioned in the description is on Magarac Island. It is the same island where you controlled the gigantic statue to fight against Paul.

Story-related. Gained after 3rd mission and impossible to miss.

Dear Santa
Find all the letters to Santa in the holiday missions.

Below are the locations for the letters needed for the achievement.

1. The last letter is gained for completing the DLC storyline. I’m putting it on #1 so that you don’t waste time looking for it. (Source: TA [www.trueachievements.com] )

Miracle on 3rd Street

2. Opposite of the first corner in the first mission there is a crowd. The letter can be found on the stage they are facing.

3 & 4. There are 2 letters near CID. One is in front of the billboard behind CID and the other is on top by the clock face.

5. Another letter is on top of a building in the frozen pool area.

6. A letter is situated on top of the movie screen.

The Fight Before Christmas

7. There is a letter in the same room where you pick up the Gift Box Disguise. Just look left immediately after entering.

8. There is a building near 3 snowmen trying stop another snowman from jumping. On top of this building is the 8th letter.

9. The 9th letter is on the desk in Santa’s room.

10. The final letter can be found against a building perpendicular to the first 2 objectives in the final mission.

A World Without Christmas
Complete the holiday text adventure.

There are 2 parts to obtaining this achievement (thank you El Presidente for the info). One is collecting all 8 text adventure collectibles and the other is by playing through what you collected.

1. The last text adventure is gained for completing the DLC storyline. I’m putting it here so that you don’t waste time searching for it. (Source: TA [www.trueachievements.com] )

Miracle on 3rd Street

2. The first text adventure can be found on top of the clocktower (as CID refers to it). This is the same building where you can get electrocuted.

3. The second text adventure is on top of the store where you stole the air gun.

4. The 3rd text adventure is located beside the gifts in the pool area.

5. The final text adventure for this mission can be found on top of building opposite to the movie screen.

The Fight Before Christmas

6. You can find one of the text adventures in the second floor of one of the stables.

7. Another text adventure can be found right before exiting santa’s workshop (right before you go head to the sleigh). It’s hidden on the side.

8. There is only one text adventure in the mission and you can get it during the boss fight phase. Face both the Festivus Pole and the huge Christmas Tree then climb the tall building on your right.

The computer to play the game is found near Pierce’s location.

Make a List, Check it Twice
Complete all instances of Naughty and Nice.

Naughty and Nice is Santa’s version of an aerial Mayhem activity.

For those who have not played any Mayhem activities yet, it is basically a time challenge to build up enough points using combos.

In Naughty and Nice’s case, you use the gift cannon (right click) to build combos by shooting it at the blue targets. These shots won’t generate points/money but it helps you set up the combo counter for the red targets which do give points when shot with the left mouse button.

This achievement is hard to fail because you simply need Bronze on all 3 instances to unlock it. Then again, completing it on Gold will save you a lot of time.

A Very Genki Holiday
Complete all instances of Genki Holiday.

Genki Holiday is basically a holiday version of Mind over Murder. For those who have yet to try this, the goal is to shoot the appropriate objects into targets using TK. The only difference in Genki Holiday is that there are moving targets that let you perform combos to save a ton of time.

I believe you still get it for completing it on Bronze. In order to save time, learn to catch your own TK projectile to get more shots in or get targets while the projectile is returning to you. The achievement is hard to fail.

Main How the Saints Save Christmas

The Santa Clawz

You’ll begin the mission in Santa’s sleigh, where you need to deliver presents to the nice and coal to the naughty. First, the sleigh has the same exact controls as the alien VTOL (Void) in the main game, along with its two different flight modes. There’s three different spots and when you get to each one, you’ll see buildings with red icons above them, as well as those with blue icons.

You have two different weapons on the sleigh, one that shoots presents and another that shoots coal. To finish this portion of the mission, you’ll have to shoot the presents at the blue buildings and coal at the red ones. It’ll take four presents for each blue building and you only have six; you’ll have to wait for them to regenerate.

Buildings with blue markers get the presents, while the ones with red markers get coal.

Once you’re finished, head to Clawz and you’ll see he still has his shield up. To get more holiday spirit, Mrs. Claus suggests lighting each symbol of different holidays, so use your fire Blast to light the first two, then the third one will be the Festivus Pole. Switch to Stomp and use that right next to it, then head back to where Clawz is located.

Attack the shield with anything while everyone complains, then it’s time for the next part. Switch to Telekinesis and pick up the presents that are dropped, tossing them at the people. Keep doing this until the game cuts to Clawz’ shield dropping, so once you regain control, start shooting him, only to see that he is still invulnerable.

It’s time for the final portion of the mission. You will have to pick up special presents with Telekinesis and then toss them at Clawz. First is Kinzie’s, then Mrs. Claus’ present and the last one will be Future Shaundi’s. Once you throw the third present, watch the cutscene and enjoy the ending to the Christmas DLC.

Future Shaundi informs Playa that Clawz has been manufacturing weapons instead of whatever items the kids normally asks for and that the elves resistance are going to fail unless they help them stop Clawz.

Playa, Future Shaundi and Santa arrive in the North Pole and head for the workshop. There are Snowmen set up around the North Pole mocking Christmas, much to Santa’s displeasure, although Future Shaundi warns them that the Snowmen mocking Christmas is only the beginning. Upon getting to the courtyard outside the workshop, Santa finds his prized pine tree ablaze and the heads of his reindeer on pikes, much to his despair. Playa warns Santa to stay back but refuses and declares he’s taking back the North Pole, being backed up by Future Shaundi. Tinsel, the leader of the Elf resistance, calls out to Santa and warns him about the fleet of mechanical reindeer that Clawz has been creating.

After clearing the courtyard, the trio finds the entrance locked, this prompts Playa to ask where the stables are. They find the Robo-reindeer Tinsel mentioned, much to Santa’s and Future Shaundi’s disgust. Future Shaudi, disgusted at the sight, attempts to curse. but restrains her bad language, much to Playa’s surprise. Future Shaundi points out is due to Santa being with her, but Santa mentions that bad language doesn’t bother him. After deactivating the Robo-reindeer, Twinkle arrives and declares how Clawz made him and other traitorous elves a deal to work for him and enlarged them to human size. After a brief chase, Twinkle and the trio arrive at the workshop’s back entrance only to find it crawling with elves. Twinkle is eventually killed and Santa becomes upset with Twinkle’s traitorous deeds and death. Future Shaundi assures Santa that everything will be fine, but Playa shows little emotion or care.

The group enters the workshop packaging area and Santa informs the Saints that the only way into the workshop is via the conveyor-belt. Future Shaundi tries to get through to Playa about why they don’t care, although they remark that they are not going to fake being interested leaving Future Shaundi saddened by Playa’s lack of care. Playa and Santa puts on Christmas packaging for disguise and Santa asks Future Shaundi to stay behind, although Shaundi refuses to leave Santa’s and refuses to give him up, but Santa eventually convinces her that she needs to stay behind, although asks Santa to not forget her and promises Future Shaundi that he won’t forget.

Playa and Santa gets into the workshop and finds Mrs. Claus and the elves fighting back against Clawz’s Gingerbread men and Nutcrackers. Mrs. Claus assures Playa and Santa that The North Pole is safe, and surprises Playa that The North Pole was a weapon, in which Mrs. Claus confirms. Santa tells Playa that there might be a gift for them, in which they find a Christmastime Dubstep Gun, much to Playa’s happiness. Clawz shows up and attack them, but he eventually gets repealed back, in which Playa points out that he may have jumped simulations.

After going back outside, Santa expressed sadness that the workshop is in shambles, but is assured by Mrs. Claus that it can be rebuilt, getting slight acknowledgement from Playa. As Playa and Santa get on the Sleigh and prepares to track down Clawz, Santa remembers that Future Shaundi is still in the workshop, so Mrs. Claus agrees to get her while Playa and Santa go to save Christmas.
