Компьютер тупит и windows не загружается
Сегодня появилась проблема, раньше такого не когда не было, дело в том, что при запуске компьютера.

В общем, я подождала еще 6 часов и ничего не изменилось. Я перезагрузила компьютер еще раз и надпись вернулась к исходной wait please. Но больше мы ждать не стали и попытались покопаться в биосе. К сожалению, это ничего не дало, хотя что мы только не делали. В итоге отформатировали диск, предварительно достав его и скопировав информацию на иной носитель. Она вся уцелела за исключением пары неважных файлов. Переустанавливать пришлось весь комп и теперь мне предстоит заново скачивать и устанавливать все программы. Сейчас я сижу на Windows 7 Home Premium.

As Windows troubleshooter is not working for you, try running SFC scan, DISM command, temporarily block Windows Update and try other fixes.

Booting Windows into Safe Mode
Press “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
In the text box, write “msconfig” and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open
Click the “Boot” tab and check “Safe boot”
Apply, and then OK.
Restarting your computer will enter Safe mode.

Microsoft has heard, and responded to, complaints about exactly the situations described by @jsmithepa. As of Version 1903 the end user has a lot more control over exactly when a restart will occur, when needed, and even whether updates will be downloaded and installed.
