Success is often defined as the ability to reach your goals in life, whatever those goals may be. In some ways, a better word for success might be attainment, accomplishment, or progress. The Definition of Success:

Success is often defined as accomplishing your personally-defined goals in life. Because goals are sef-created, what people view as success can vary depending on their needs, goals, and situation.

There are many different tactics for how to be successful in life, but the strategy that works best for you may depend on what success means to you. If you think of success as doing well at work or earning a high salary, your professional goals and accomplishments will take priority.

While professional success can be one piece of the puzzle, it leaves out many other important areas of life. Family, romantic relationships, academics, and athletics are just a few areas where people may strive for success. Your definition of success may vary, but many might define it as being fulfilled, happy, safe, healthy, and loved.

People who possess a fixed mindset believe that things such as intelligence are static and unchangeable. Those with a fixed mindset believe that success isn’t a result of hard work—it’s simply a consequence of innate talents.

Because they believe that such talents are something people are either born with or without, they tend to give up more easily in the face of a challenge. They quit when things do not come easily because they believe that they lack the inborn skill needed to excel.

If they are satisfied with your product or service, they will be willing to spread the word about it and become your brand’s ambassadors. Of course, you will also need to network with potential investors and get them to finance your ideas and turn them into reality. If you are running a large operation, you will also need loyal and capable collaborators that can shoulder some of the burdens.

Last, but not least, there are people which can be called superconnectors, which have an extremely well-developed network of contacts, and which can connect you with almost anyone with ease. Needless to say, you will need to go through a difficult and time-consuming research process in order to identify the best people to network with, but there are no shortcuts when it comes to that.

The role of superconnectors is becoming increasingly important, because it’s hard to reach the right through all the noise. While it’s not the most obvious networking strategy, because you are not meeting anybody new, introducing two connectors to each other is one of the most effective and beneficial. And it’s so easy to do, because they will most likely hit it off, because they have the same affinities, and probably have a few mutual acquaintances.

In the beginning, it is the superconnectors who benefits from this approach, but eventually, it is you who will emerge as the biggest winner of them all. It’s hard to find people that are givers, which superconnectors certainly are, and they will appreciate that. In fact, rest assured they will return the favour and think of you right away when they meet another contact that might be able to help your business.

Another important thing to remember is to treat all these new people you meet as friends, and not simply as contacts. Approach them with the same mentality and grow your relationship as you would a friendship. That means receiving and giving back, and most importantly, following up, even if you don’t have a particular reason for it.

One of the reasons why networking is so challenging is because you are dealing with people, but it may also be one of the best things about it. That means there are no strict rules. Particularly when success is based on your career, you know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of your life working at it. So it’s vital to find something that makes you feel fulfilled in body and soul, as well as in your bank account!

The answer is very simple; they have not set any goals for themselves in their life. Its very heart rending that many people live their lives aimlessly and one day die in some corner of the world without making any mark.

What is Success?

The meaning and definition of success bound to vary person to person. For one person, becoming rich means success on the other hand for other person becoming an ideal teacher means success. So, how to know if a person is successful or not. From my experience I have come to know that successful people carries a positive aura with them. They are the most smiling person around and they are always ready to offer help and encouragements to others. They are proactive, they do not wait for some else to take initiatives. They do something because they love to do that, not because someone else does so or he/she is expected to do that. Successful people choose their profession depending upon their interests and what they enjoy doing.

Success is not static, it is a dynamic process. Success may be defined as a continuous process of attaining one’s successive goals in one’s life. If someone sets a goal to become a doctor, and achieves his/her goal after hard work & dedication then his journey do not stop there.
