Intro: Start off with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don’t press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching.

Step 1: Draw a big circle near the top of the paper as a guide for Baby Yoda’s head. First make four marks to determine the circle’s height and width. Then connect the marks using curved lines. If you’re struggling to draw the circle, just trace the outer rim of a circular object like a cup or a lid.

Step 2: Draw a curved, horizontal line across the circle as a guide to help you place Baby Yoda’s facial features later. Draw a vertical line for another construction guide. Curve the lines a bit to contour to the circle.

Step 3: Draw a long, horizontal line on the top, left side of the circle, as a guide for the first ear. Add a curved line underneath to complete the guide for the first ear. Draw a similar shape on the right side as a guide for The Child’s other ear.

Step 4: Below the ear on the left, draw a long, vertical line as a guide for the first part of this Mandalorian character’s body. Draw a similar line under the ear on the right for the other side of the body. Bend the lines at the top a bit. Close off the guide for the Baby Yoda’s body at the bottom by drawing a long, curved, horizontal line.

Step 5: On the left side, raw two short, sloping lines as a guide for The Child’s first arm. Close off the shape at the bottom. Add a similar shape on the right side but draw the first two lines sloping in the opposite direction.

How to Draw the Mandalorian Helmet

In this drawing guide we will tell you how to draw the Mandalorian Helmet. This character has become very popular since the first episode of the story about the charismatic mercenary from the Star Wars universe.

Step 1

First we outline the contours of the helmet. We see a rounded oval shape that extends slightly downward. It looks a bit like Superman’s face contours.

Step 2

Now we draw a cross on a helmet that is familiar to all Star Wars fans. The horizontal part of the cross narrows in the lateral direction. The vertical part has no bends.

Step 3

Add headphones and a wide band that is located in the forehead. This strip should not connect to the horizontal line from the last step.

Step 4

In this step, we outline two obtuse angles that connect the headphones and the lateral edges of the vertical strip from the second step. This is very similar to the lateral parts of the helmet of Ancient Greek warrior.

Step 5

Now we draw two curved lines that start from the headphones and with a smooth bend go to the lower medial part of the helmet. These lines should be drawn to obtuse angles from the last step.

Step 6

We draw two more smooth lines on each side of the helmet. The vertical lines should be slightly higher than the middle of the curved lines.

Step 7

In this step, we add two small squares inside the headphone circuits on each side. We should also draw a narrow vertical strip inside the strip on the forehead from the third step.

Step 8

How to Draw The Mandalorian

How do you like this theme of mercenaries from the Star Wars universe? Today we will continue this because we created a guide on how to draw the Mandalorian.

Step 1

Firstly we draw a stickman. This is a little man of sticks and circles with which we outline the pose, proportions and position of the character on a piece of paper. Here we see an asymmetrical thorax, the head of which looks like an elongated oval and a small pelvis.

The right hand forms an obtuse angle and the left hand looks like a straight line. Legs have a minimal bend. Please be especially careful in this step. This is the most important stage of the whole lesson.

Step 2

We connect the chest and pelvis with smooth curved lines to get a smooth narrowing at the waist. Please note that in this step, a contour appears that is located on the upper chest. After that, we can connect the head and chest to get the neck. It should be a short sturdy cylinder.

At the end of the steps, we outline two curved lines on the face. The vertical line divides the face into two equal parts. The horizontal line indicates the location of the eyes, more precisely, the eye opening on the helmet.

Step 3

Now we outline the contours of the hands. The shoulder looks like a cylinder and the forearm looks like a truncated cone. Fists are large polygons. The joints look like articulations. With his Mandalorian armor and distinctive beskar helmet, Djarin was both well-equipped and enigmatic—a stranger whose past was shrouded in mystery. He was a battle-hardened warrior, a man of few words, and a formidable mercenary in an increasingly dangerous galaxy.

After the fall of the Galactic Empire, Djarin made a name for himself as a member of the Bounty Hunters’ Guild, collecting bounties as he traveled across the galaxy’s Outer Rim Territories—far from the authority of the New Republic—in his personal starship, the Razor Crest.
