Unlike sptw (as far as I know) twoh loses its rage bar but also gets a permanent damage boost (1.5 to 1.7-1.8 I believe), so it can stop time and do as much damage as it would if it had a constant rage boost. Kinda worth it if you ask me tbh.

A quick side note: me and a friend (and I assume people around the world who have tried this) found a more efficient way to kill trade that gets you 3 kills not 2 most of the time: instead of letting him hit you three then you reset, both of you hit each other 3 times and both of you reset, because it counts as a kill to both of you. Repeat this three times and you each get 3 kills.

My son got the world over heaven today I’m proud of him.

Hard part about the coliseum is that you have to wait like 30 minutes for a 1v1 and have the time your opponent isn’t even there

leason 1: suffer in 1v1 mode

Tip: Do NOT collect any other Dio diaries while doing the quest, they will reset your progress and you will have to do it all over again, I’ve learnt this from experience

If u put the stand power up to max then that means that D4C:LT is even more physically strong than TW:OH when it’s maxed out

I think in terms of abilities, TWOH is better, but KCR does like 10.8 for left click and 16.1 for right click. Even the barrage ranges from 1.8-2.1 each hit.

— Heaven Ascension DIO

The World Over Heaven is an evolved form of DIO’s Stand, The World. To get TWOH you need to use Dio’s Diary while The World is equipped or complete the Special Quest of killing Ultimate DIO 150 times.

This stand belongs to Heaven Ascension DIO, who is the DIO of a universe where he defeated Jotaro and achieved heaven himself.

This stand can be enchanted up to 3 times, with its damage increasing by 5% each time with a max of 15%.

Abilities:

[Click] Basic Attack

Above average damage punches with high speed.

[Q] Lightning Muda (Level 30, 11 second recharge, 20 Stamina Cost)

TWOH does a high damage barrage that stuns enemies hit by the punches. Lightning strikes around the user while the barrage is happening, and does very high damage if it hits the enemy.

[E] Reality Punch (Level 60, 6 second recharge, 20 Stamina Cost)

TWOH does a strong punch dealing high damage, while also shooting a high damage lightning bolt to the nearest enemy. The punch can hit multiple enemies, but the lightning only can hit one.

[R] Teleport (Level 100, 3.5 second recharge, 60 Stamina Cost)

TWOH teleports the user to the location of the cursor.

[F] Time Stop (Level 110, 35 second recharge, 60 Stamina Cost)

TWOH stops time for 9 seconds, freezing everyone in its range except for allies, itself, and players with Beyond Time passive stands.

[C] Lightning of Destruction (Level 130, 12 second recharge, 50 Stamina Cost)

TWOH strikes lightning onto itself, then directs the lightning to all enemies in its range.

[Passive] Beyond Time

This passive gives the ability to not be frozen when time is stopped by any other time-stopping stand.

Guides/Counters to Heaven Stands

This requires minimal skill and decent timing. Boxing Recommended

When fighting a TS stand, they will likely start off very aggresively. It is best to play conservatively, keep distance, play defensively, and use Gravitational negation to punish hard read attacks.

Since you have Time Stop resistance, you can try to use Gravity Negation or just block to lower the damage taken from m1s and barrages.

Once their TS is used up, its reccomended you exploit TS stand’s poor range by using Uppercut to the moon to start combos with piloting.

Its best not to throw out moves and play safe since all TS stands have insanely strong m1 damage.

First off, suggested Spec with this is Boxing and you need to have good timing.

This relies on hard comboing and hard reads.

If you are fighting the MiH and they are not in Double Accel which makes them insanely fast, use time erase. If they are skilled, they most likely will wait to parry and punish.

So start off with LMBx2 and a Heavy Punch.

After 2 LMB, the 3rd will be unreliable. (You can only get in a decent 2 clicks before they can block.)

After a heavy punch, follow up with a classic KCR + Boxing combo.

This is because if you time it as soon as the MiH uses Time Accel, chances are they will dash to you.

If you timed it correctly, you can get the epitaph on their dash.

Punish and Repeat.

It can slightly counter TWOH also if you use counter on their moves and if you use TE as they do TS you can survive throughout it.

You will need Awakened mode.

This allows you to P-block any ragdolling attack no matter when you hit F.

When the TS is over, chances are they will try to attack you. Pull out awakened mode when you see them rushing.

While they attempt to combo you, moves like smite or anything else will leave them stunned. If you have Spin, feel free to use the ranged attacks, due to SPTW having no ranged capabilites.

M1 twice + Skull Crusher + Steel ball + M1 Twice + Multiple Steel Balls + M1 Twice + Heavy punch + Platinum Slam

Until all those moves are off cooldown repeat this method. Remember to stay far back, don’t make the first move.

A large part of the MiH playstyle is to out-speed the opponent, not allowing them to retaliate.

This poses a very big problem when fighting stands with a timestop as they can stop you from moving entirely. Stands such as TWOH can deal a huge chunk of your health in a single timestop, and MiH has no timestop movement. Spam timestop as much as possible.

Another problem MiH faces is CR, who in pilot mode is not only very fast, but slows you down.

A big problem with fighting pilot stands is that they cannot be stunned, and this is a big problem especially when fighting CR as he can reflect your attacks. Use pilot mode and your own shadow often to keep up the pressure and off yourself.

TWOH is a sluggish, heavy stand, so you have a large advantage in general. If he gets close to you, you might as well reset because of the insane damage output of TWOH, with each punch doing 10 damage.

Stands such as Magician’s Red and Tusk Act 3/4 can very easily keep out of TWOH’s range while constantly bombarding it. Some of these stands such as Tusk Act 4 and Magician’s Red even have short range options incase they get too close, which are the Funny Beatdown and Red Bind/Crossfire Hurricane respectively.

Even if you use these stands, it will still be difficult to face this heavenly stand if they are a good player, but you will stand a much better chance than say a sluggish stand like The Hand, which is a very strong stand, though not in this matchup.

Overview

THE WORLD, also known as The World (which is more commonly abbreviated as TWAU), is the Stand of Diego Brando from Another World (shortened to Alternate Diego Brando) featured in Part 7 Steel Ball Run of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. It can be obtained by using the Rib Cage of the Saint’s Corpse, with a 25% chance of obtaining.

Usually, this Stand is paired with Spin, due to it having ranged attacks, which you can combo with this stand’s ranged moves. Boxing allows the user to land combos with Time Stop, or knockback foes with its uppercut allowing them to gain distance away from other relative in distance, aiding the mobility of this system compared to The World. However, Boxing doesn’t benefit the zoning of this Stand at all, seeing as TWAU is mainly a ranged fighter. Hamon can also be a good choice because of its damage and defense boosts alone, but it also comes with Zoom Punch and Scarlet Overdrive which can help with TWAU’s close combat moves. However, the same issue with Boxing applies to it too.

Much like The World, and any other stand with the ability to stop time, Gold Experience Requiem can counter its Time Stop with Return to Zero. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, D4C: Love Train and other TWAU users can detonate your smoke bombs with their own revolvers. White Album’s Gently Weeps ability also completely negates all your projectile moves.

Skills

5 seconds at max upgrade. Only other people with Stands that can stop time and have Time Stop Resistance in their skill tree can move; the player that activates the Time Stop can move until the Time Stop ends. Damage hits the enemy all at once when time resumes. Like all other Time Stops, Time Stop can be canceled by Gold Experience Requiem’s Return to Zero. This move’s length can’t be changed by the rage bar, as it will always be whatever length you upgraded it to. Using the Time Stop at 1/4 rage bar will still give you the full 5 seconds.

Skill Tree

Throw Knife Upgrade: Reduces the cooldown to throw knives.

Pocket Revolver: Withdraws a revolver and shoots in the direction of the mouse cursor.

Smoke Grenade: Throws a smoke grenade in the direction that the player is facing.

Constant Rage: Increases the duration of rage.

Destructive Power: Increases the damage done by the Stand.

Time Stop Mastery: Increases the duration of frozen time.

Time Skip: Teleports the player where their mouse cursor is (short ranged.)

Time Stop Resistance: Allows the player to move in other players’ stopped time for a few seconds.

Anger Issues: Fills up the rage meter faster.
