I’m a doctor but not an expert on prostates. I began doing my own prostate massage about a month ago since I’d heard about it and wanted another sexual outlet if possible, being single right now and having trouble orgasming.

You’ll see whitish pre-come-like liquid dripping out of your tip which means you’re doing it right.

Massage vs Milking

The Basics
