BTS first debuted in June 2013 and received numerous awards which recognized their musical talents. In 2013, they were awarded with ‘New Artists of the Year’ in Melon Music Awards. They continued to strive in musical excellence and received ‘Album of the Year’ for ‘Wings’ in the 6th Gaon Chart Music Awards, ‘Disk Bonsang’ in Golden Disc Awards 2017, ‘Disk Daesang’ in Golden Disc Awards 2018 and many more. Their breakthrough could be seen when they received the ‘Top Social Artist Award’ in Billboard Music Awards in 2017.
