Yoo Hobin [ ]

Bomi is gradually revealed to be somewhat obsessive about Hobin ever since their first meeting 3 years before the main story. She has an irrational infatuation with him which she developed in a very short amount of time and kept saving it for those years. After finding where he works, she even goes as far as to work in the same place just to get closer to him. However she makes the first step and asks for his number only when Hobin is about to quit his job. Luckily for her, Hobin likes her because of her appearance so they start getting closer.

Bomi can be pretty jealous, she felt threatened at the fact he had a female editor, even though her and Hobin only hung out once at that point. She also can sometimes think or say petty things about Hobin when he makes minor mistakes, doesn’t agree with her, or does things she doesn’t like, often repeating that she wants to «beat him up».

By texting each other, her and Hobin have learned the details about each other’s personal lives. She says that she always tells him what she’s up to, who she’s hanging out with and at what time exactly she goes to sleep, which is obsessive. From texting him so much, her grades have dropped. Liking Hobin is Bomi’s main personality trait, as the only reason she is a character is to be the love interest. Every kind or generous act of hers is done in favor of him.

Kim Moonsung [ ]

Bomi and Moonsung have been friends since childhood, but then lost contact due to an unknown reason. Around the beginning of the webtoon Bomi tells Hobin that they recently regained contact and became friends again.

Bomi doesn’t seem to care much about Moonsung, seeming somewhat inconvenienced at first when he wanted to hang out while she was with Hobin, but then being okay with it. She was unfazed when he had to leave because of his training. Whenever she is seen being around him, she is thinking/talking about Hobin.

Later in the story, Moonsung makes enough time to visit Bomi at her house. It’s shown that they haven’t been keeping contact for months because they have been busy. Bomi says that he didn’t have to come over, and they could’ve just talked over the phone. After a brief exchange of words, Bomi suddenly gets reminded of something and tells him about her crush on Hobin and her current problems in their relationship. Shortly after she tries to leave so she could go back inside to text Hobin. Moonsung stops her and tries to consult her on her relationship with Hobin and what behaviors she shouldn’t accept from him, showing concern about her.

Bomi listens to him but quickly forgets what he said and gets excited over receiving a text from Hobin, who is apologizing over nothing. Moonsung shows support for her and leaves, but it’s later revealed that he secretly likes her.
